Muy buena gente... Lovely and charming place

Lovely and charming place with really good attentive service and a bit of an oasis in the Yucatan. Quite unusual to have the advantages of a boutique hotel with genuinely attentive people helping.

Beautiful hotel in such a picturesque little village.

Excellent! Lovely! Great attention; super recommended! We had a very happy time, the staff is super friendly; super comfortable and cute facilities, the food is delicious; we will definitely return; do not hesitate and come and spend a few days resting here.

Eapitia is a very interesting town, we had a truly unique experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff extremely kind and ready to help.
We went on the new year’s celebrations, but were not aware that the town host a huge party and fair that leeches out the electricity all over, and the noise is a marvel of decibels. We were without electricity for most of the trip which makes everything very challenging.
However we try to roll with it with the help of the great staff of the hotel. Definitely a trip to remember

Beautiful and with a lot of potential

The place is very nice and is practically new. It has many design details that make it unique. The rooms are very nice and the honey amenities smell delicious! but the day we stayed there it rained and water got everywhere!
The service is very attentive and friendly but it seems to me that there is a lack of training. The employees gave us contradictory information and did not know very well how to resolve our requests, or how it worked or what was included in the breakfast that we had paid for with the room.
The pool is nice but it is not heated. On hot days it will surely be very pleasant, but not so much when the weather is cool!
Yes, I would return in a few months when the operation is already well established. It has a lot of potential for a romantic getaway or an express trip out of the city.
