Central, beautiful view, good bar, with breakfast included, good price, excellent service

Very nice and pleasant hotel its restaurant bar has a beautiful view of the Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe, all very clean and modern. The only thing is their beds make a lot of noise, every time you move, that's a little annoying. Outside of that widely recommended

RUN AWAY!!!

No no no and a thousand no! It's disgusting it's riddled with cockroaches (I swear I saw 6) The horrible Service, with saying we even brought a cockroach in a bag, that disgusts !!! The facilities are not bad but I really disgust the cockroaches went with my baby of 6 months .. the truth fears for his health, because even though I have seen that this theme is recurrent the owners better, I imagine, that they do not know that the cockroaches transmit diseases!!! Huge disgust, the staff zero Customer Service, we were not opened at night when we arrived, because the manager fell super asleep, the lady toilet with narcocorridos at full volume from 9 am! Bad idea!!

dirty and cockroaches

The place looks good in general. The restaurant is very good but not cheap. But cleanliness and LOUSY service. I just got here noticed a cockroach nearby, but I thought it might have been the bus. But my surprise came hours after I returned to the room and in the hallway there were a couple samples and in the bathroom at least 3. Obviously I claimed change of rooms, but the fifth-rate SERVICE, because you could not. I asked for my refund and less. After 10 minutes the manager arrived I think to tell me that nothing could be done because it was already 9PM. and that if I had no evidence and I saw unlikely. which upset me much more that they did not believe me and more when they finally changed rooms and in the hallway I saw others dead. The evidence she sent was from a later day that I could half sleep.

Made our vacation better

Excellent hotel in the heart of Zamora. I planned my stay at a different hotel in which I had problems with the room (construction right outside our room.) I was traveling with family, we walked by Terrass late at night and decided to ask if they had rooms available for us so we can switch hotels. They understood our frustration with the other hotel and accommodated us in a nice room. They hotel is clean, very safe, close to everything, and they have valet parking ! Didn’t get to try the food since there are many places to eat around. This will be my preferred place to stay when we come back to Zamora.

An incredibly amazing hotel! Thank you for the efforts of all the staff, for their smiles and kindness. A big thank you to Miss Sarah for her efforts to learn some soft words in our language and for all the time she has devoted to us, it touched me a lot! Without forgetting her contagious smile which immediately marked our welcome to Paris. We are so welcome here ! Thank you my dear, thank you all.
