High standard
Visited in summer and the pool area was like a beach club with nice vibe. The design and standard of the hotel is very good. Some of the staff is a bit young and unexperienced. Food var very good from breakfast to dinner.

Total disappointment.
I attended the event on December 13th, which, according to the information on the website, was supposed to take place between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. It is true that I arrived later, for personal reasons, but at the time of my arrival (around 4:40 PM) the situation was completely out of control.
There was no food left for children, nothing available to buy, and the staff did not seem interested or willing to offer any solution. There weren’t even marshmallows for a bit of fun by the fire. Basically, we spent almost an hour with nothing to do, because the event was, in fact, already “closed” in terms of activities. The experience boiled down to walking in and then walking out.
I understand that I arrived late, but if it was known that the event was actually ending around 5:00 PM, I believe it would have been fair not to sell tickets at full price anymore—or not to sell them at all. We probably would have chosen another option (for example, buying wine and leaving), thus avoiding a waste of time and money.
We spent about two hours traveling round trip, lost a lot of time trying to find a parking spot, and in the end paid 1,150 lei for one cup of mulled wine and 10 candies. An experience that was, honestly, both laughable and sad.
I felt disrespected as a customer and believe that the organization and communication were deeply deficient.
P.S. Mimi wines are good. No complaints there.

Disappointed
Even though we had the foresight to call in advance to confirm our visit to the castle, we were met with deep disappointment. After a 40-kilometer journey from Chisinau, the receptionist welcomed us with an unapologetic and arrogant attitude, informing us that the castle was closed for a private event. There was no hint of regret, just an instruction to return the way we came. We are grateful for Mimi's supposed hospitality.

The only wine chateau in Moldova, beautiful place and excellent wine
Modern luxury wine chateau in Moldova, refurbished to the highest standards in the past 15 years. Some restoration work still ongoing. Excellent restaurant, excellent wine, beautiful place for a visit from nearby Chisinau or a stay in one of the small chalets. Well done, it’s a must see place

Recommended
It should be noted we visited just for a few hours and even didn't take one of guided tours - all due to COVID-19 restrictions...
So we only had a walk around the Castle + visited their wine market.
However it was enough to ensure that is amazing place, one of the most recommended in Moldova. Hope to visit it again in a future for a full tour, including the restaurant, guided excursion and the hotel :)
