I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortably furnished, with a warm atmosphere that made it easy to relax.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff — especially the front desk attendant, who was exceptional from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. She responded to my emails before my trip, greeted me warmly at check-in, and consistently offered help with anything I needed throughout my stay. Her attentiveness and kindness made a real difference and elevated the entire experience.
A wonderful hotel with excellent service. Highly recommended.

First time in Moldova for work. The choice of hotel was not wrong

Great hotel. The room is very clean and has everything you need. Which is important - very quiet with the hotel being in the center of the city. Delicious breakfasts for all tastes. There's a restaurant where you can have dinner. Polite sympathetic staff. The only downside is the hotel doesn't have an elevator.

THE BEST OPTION OF CHISENAU

A great surprise, with a very nice hot , spacious rooms incredible service and unrivalled location
Fully recommended and with a good breakfast , all emblematic buildings within walking distance and all at a very interesting price

Location, rooms, food: Everything great

We were in Chisinau in November for 3 next and occupied 4 rooms.
The rooms: Big. No....very big. And clean. The shower (/in my room) was a bathtub with a high entrance. This could have been a bit difficult for the elderly. Big TV screen (no idea if the program selection was good; we didn't see a TV).
The beds: It's always such an individual thing. I like hard beds. They were. Mega-comfortable.
Breakfast: very neat. Cheese, eggs, several hot side dishes (fried vegetables, sausages,...); yogurt, breads, croissants. And a good cafe machine.
The location: Approx. 500m west of Stefan Cel Mare ("the" main street of the city). To walk to main square with triumphal arch and cathedral also only about 15 minutes.
Conclusion: Absolutely well located and tidy hotel. Not super chic, some old-fashioned charm

Good value for the money

The hotel is 1.3 km from main center (15-20min walking) in a quiet area, close to different embassyes. The rooms are clean and larger than usual. It offers slippers and bathrobe which is not usual for a 3* hotel. The towels are changed daily. There are enough options for breakfast. There is a parking place in front of hotel but for a limited number of cars
