Exceptional Hospitality at Kempinski Ulaanbaatar
The breakfast was excellent and the service was exceptional. Every member of the staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for… A very special thank you to Zoya. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and she even took the time to show us around and guide us to Sükhbaatar Square. Her kindness made our first trip to Mongolia even more memorable, and we truly appreciate everything she did for us.
Thank you to the entire Kempinski team for your outstanding hospitality. We look forward to coming back again. Highly recommended!

Very good gym which had both machines and free weights.
Restaurant up to western standard, steak special very good.

Fantastic experience, amazing staff
The staff were fantastic. Thank you very much Jade for always being so kind and helpful, and listening to what I needed. Thank you Dante for finding me a professional taxi driver and being so genuine, thank you Od for always being helpful and kind, and lastly Eric, thank you for providing me the best service at breakfast time. You all are all amazing and I can’t wait to come back.
Highlights for me were the fantastic service, the spa and sauna. I really enjoyed the face massage. The food was also delicious.
