We recently concluded a wonderful tour in Mongolia with the agency Vast Mongolia Tour; Urnaa proved to be a fantastic manager, and the overall experience was fantastic.
A huge round of applause goes to the cook Ganaa: the meals were delicious, varied, and of good quality, a true luxury even in the most remote contexts of the steppe! The drivers Soyoloo, Sogyraa, and Uuganaa proved to be impeccable professionals: safe driving, great experience on difficult tracks, and always very helpful. The itinerary and the landscapes experienced during the tour were simply breathtaking.
The only note for future Italian travelers: our young guide with little experience did not prove to be entirely suitable for an Italian group. The language barrier and an approach not entirely in tune with our expectations made communication a bit difficult. We consider her, however, a perfect figure for international groups or for tourists who speak English fluently.
Overall, we highly recommend the agency for the quality of the service and the onboard staff.

Fantastic trip with Vast Mongolia Tour
To anyone looking for suggestions for a trip to Mongolia, I highly recommend Vast Mongolia Tour, which introduced us to this magnificent country last August.
Why do I highly recommend it?
- First and foremost, they are very welcoming, sincere, and trustful people.
- They were able to perfectly adapt our trip to our expectations, both in terms of budget and specific needs
- Our driver was adorable, available, and always attentive to our needs, which is a real plus for such a trip.
- Their 4x4 offered true comfort during the long hours spent on the Mongolian trails, much appreciated by the whole family (parents + 2 teenagers).
When you have had such a great experience, you only want to share it with others.
Next time we come to Mongolia, we will for sure travel with Vast Mongolia Tour again.

Vast best tours
10/10 tailor made beyond helpful and organised one of the best tours of my life . Seriously earned the name ‘vast’ as we saw so much and way off the beaten track. If you are are looking for once in a lifetime authentic experience that will blow your mind , then congrats you’ve found it .

Great all around experience!
This was the perfect trip. We had a great experience with Urnaa who was a wonderful host. Very friendly, always helpful and incredibly knowledgable.
Check in was very simple and Urnaa was available to meet us when we arrived.
We stayed in a double room which was very spacious and quiet. We had free breakfast included everyday.
We took a tour with Vast which was guided by Urnaa who was very happy to accomodate what we wanted from the tour and very patient and kind with our 4yr old daughter. She also ran a cooking class for us where she taught us how to make Mongolian dumplings. It was a great experience.
We loved everything about our time with Urnaa and Vast Mongolia. Highly highly recommend. We would absolutely stay and travel with them again if we came back to Mongolia!

At the begging of the trip we went to the manager of the company - Orna
I think I never felt this kind of treatment
She is so humble , truth , kind and helpful
Managed our best route and trip
And then after the whole month we choose to stay at her guesthouse , she didn’t ask us and bought us a good pizza without any doubts
