We stayed here on a mother–daughter trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they truly tried to accommodate our needs.
The breakfast had a great variety of fresh options (we are vegetarian), and we enjoyed it very much. We were initially concerned about the availability of parking, but we had no issues at all (perhaps due to the time of year).
The location is excellent — close to the shore and only a 5-minute walk from a kosher restaurant and Chabad.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return.

The description does not match the reality. The airport pick up failed. Trip.com was also not responsive. I asked to change the room with a sea view- no support though the hotel was not crowded. Trip.com also did not support with cancellation though I shared my issue.
The bar was closed at 7 pm probably because it was Sunday - I just wanted to have a drink as it was my birthday. There was no restaurant in the hotel only breakfast was served - waiters with dull faces.
And definitely they do not care about their surroundings- you can see the view after you step out the hotel.
The only good impression was from the receptionist- the young guy who tried to be helpful as much as possible.
I will NOT recommend this place unless they improve their service and start caring about their visitors!

All in all, we had a really good stay. The beach was only a 5–10 minute walk away and the location itself was quite convenient, although the street to the hotel was a bit narrow. Free parking was definitely a plus.
The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. Breakfast was a classic Balkan-style buffet – simple but tasty, and definitely enough to start the day. The breakfast staff could have been a bit more attentive, but it was a minor detail compared to the overall positive experience. The reception staff was excellent – super friendly, communicative, and always helpful! :-)
