Great

A very charming hotel right in the city center, owned by Turkish people. The location is fantastic, a 5-minute walk to the old town, and there's a large supermarket right next door, so everything is at your fingertips. The most important thing is a smiling face. Nagihan Hanım and Ergün Bey's friendly demeanor and helpfulness in every aspect made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you for everything! If we ever come back to Montenegro, we know where we'll be staying :)

Friendly, Clean & Trusted

Very clean hotel. The biggest bonus is that it''s a friendly, caring, and friendly family business. Recommendation for those staying in Budva.

This place was really nice, great breakfast and the wifi actually worked. My only minor complaint was that the bed was worn out. Overall it was a nice place and the restaurant was good.

Tavsiye etmiyorum

Türk işletmesi olduğu için yorumlara bakarak rezervasyon yaptık ve maalesef 6 gece konakladık. Dünyanın hiç bir yerinde başımıza gelmeyen olay burada geldi. Saat 10:30 gibi odadan çıkış yaptık fakat otelden öğlen 14:10'da ayrıldık, yani arada bayağı bir süre var. Odamız temizlendiğinde dolapta unuttuğumuz hiçbir malzeme için bilgi verilmedi. Ertesi sabah fark edip kendilerine yazdığımda, "2/3 krem varmış temizlikçi atmış" dediler (2 krem, 1 losyon, 1 saç yağı şuan fark edebildiklerim dahası var mı bilmiyorum ).
Hepsinin oldukça kaliteli ve dolu ürünler olduğu belli, (hepsi kozmetik amacına uygun yurtdışı ürünleri) kimse durup dururken çöpe atmaz. Odadan yeni çıkan müşterisine bir sorar, muhafaza eder; bilmiyorum anlatabiliyor muyum? Söylediğimde “bu kadar önemliyse Budva’ya geldiğinizde telafi ederiz dediler” .
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, güvenilirlikten, kurumsallıktan ve müşteri memnuniyetinden çok uzaklar.
