Very good value for your money

Excellent location 10 minutes walk from the old city, the fortress and the port
Large room with good window and bathroom & shower room large and comfortable

Good location but poor experience

Only positive thing about this hotel is the location. It is near the beach and budva center, also the old town is only short walk away. The breakfast is very poor, especially the coffee. We decided very soon to eat breakfast elsewhere. Also very disturbing thing was the stench of cat urine on the terrace of their restaurant since there where cats hanging around. In our room the bed was broken, the TV wasn't working, the toilet seat was broken, the daily cleaning didn't include swiping the floors. Wifi was very poor and didn't work most of the time. There are hundreds of apartments and hotels in Budva so I highly recommend to keep away from this place and book another one.

small hotel

nice average hotel, overall clean but no room cleaning, friendly staff, good location beach is no far (about 10-15 min walk), close to the center, near the bus station, breakfast is not special but least basic, poor coffee, very little fruits.

We checked out early.

I think we got stuck in the last room that was a complete dud. We reserved a double bed and got two singles. The mattresses were like sleeping in a hammock and sank in the middle so dramatically we considered sleeping on the floor. The WiFi didn’t work at all on our floor. The shower faucet was broken and the water stopped working in the apartment the second day for a little while. We checked out a day early due to the poor conditions and after some haggling were given 10% off but they tried to make us check out early so they could resell the room even though they said they couldn’t resell it because we had “already booked it.” I think the owner doesn’t really give a crap.
On the plus side, the staff were friendly and tried to remedy our bed problem by putting plywood under the mattress and the front desk lady argued with the owner on our behalf for a discount as we left early. They also apologized for the state of things and offered to change our room on the last day (they were at full capacity before) but we decided to leave Budva entirely.
It’s also a decent location, quick walk to the beach but far enough away that it’s quiet. And the hotel has several nice little outside patio areas and a restaurant (though we didn’t eat there).
Overall, we were surprised by all the good reviews of this place because our room looked nothing like the photos. Perhaps it was just our room that was the problem, but I probably wouldn’t risk it and I would stay somewhere else next time.

hotel near the sea

just normal hotel in the centre.breakfast was not my taste and coffee was horrible.rooms were clean.Balcony was so tiny and no view, but it was not a problem.
I didn't like that when I was naked in my room and clean woman just came to my room.
