We didn’t realise the staff were Turkish; we only found out when we got there. Thankfully, they were very helpful. Generally speaking, we had no complaints about the cleanliness; the view was lovely, and it was lovely to sit on the balcony in the evenings and enjoy the peace and quiet. We didn’t know there was a washing machine in the room, and it came in very handy. The only thing was that the bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner. There’s no bottle of water in the rooms, so I’d recommend bringing some drinking water with you when you check in on your first day. Thank you for everything; it was a lovely experience.

The location is terrible and is not clean at all ,very poor service ,accessibility is also very bad.

Here was our experience staying at Casa Collection
✅ nice pool
✅ friendly staff
✅comfortable bed
✅ great views
✅strong Air conditioning
❌ WiFi isn’t as fast as it should be
❌ there are no shops around, it’s basically in the middle of the mountain the only things near are 2 other hotels
❌ room service didn’t happen the whole time we were here - Friday-Monday
❌ taxis ended up being pretty expensive cos the distance from town so if you’re not getting a car prepare yourself and get lots and lots of chat
❌ bunk bed was very uncomfortable
❌ toilet seat was wobbly
❌ couch was very old and should have been replaced it had obvious signs of wear and tear
❌the cleaning before we checked in wasn’t thorough enough, floor definitely wasn’t cleaned
❌ tried to go for a walk, no where to walk to cos there are no pavements and there’s barely enough space for the cars let alone pedestrians and cars

The hotel was nothing like what you see in photos in the listing. One side looks decent and the side of reception and room entrance looks like a motel. The area also looks like a giant construction site. There is nothing nearby but another hotel with 1 restaurant and a mini market that barely has anything. You have to drive to get food. There are no elevators and no one to help bring your bags up 3 stories.
I booked the 2 bedroom and it was so small. It was more of the size of a studio. The apartment was dirty with multiple broken items. Bed sheet had stains on them. Walls are not soundproof. You can hear everything from outside.
I would not recommend staying at this property. It is motel vibes at a ridiculous high cost of €220 a night.

Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, comfort, or service. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others. Our stay was very disappointing.
The property was in very poor condition and did not appear to have been maintained on an ongoing basis. The overall cleanliness was below expectations, and many of the furnishings and surfaces were stained and worn.
We had booked a room for Three guests (1 child), but the room was only prepared for two guests when we arrived. The bed was very small could not fit two adults and one child. This was an inconvenience and should have been checked in advance.
The hotel is located very high up on a hillside and can only be reached via small, winding roads, making access somewhat difficult. I imagine the views are nice if you book a room with a balcony.
The pool area was acceptable, but it also looked like it had not been properly maintained for many years. The pool ladder was loose and did not feel securely attached, which raised some safety concerns.
Another major issue was the noise. The pool lights remained on very late into the evening, encouraging activity well into the night. Guests were swimming and making a lot of noise directly outside our room until after midnight, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
