The property is in a beautiful location. The area Rose is a quiet fishing harbour with a few good Restuarant’s. Cars need to be parked to the edge of the village so it is car free zone.
Staff are very kind and helpful… helping with bags etc. we did not eat in the Restuarant at the property but the food looked good. The pool and terrace areas are stunning. It is by far the best accommodation in the area.
The only negative thing would be to people with mobility issues, due to the steepness of the steps.
One absolutely amazing place to stay.

They gave us a room by the pool. We had to climb down several floors of steep stairs with all our luggage. The restaurant had very limited menu and charged a lot of money for lousy food. We had to go down several floors of steep stairs to go to the waterfront. Again there was not a lot of choice at the waterfront restaurants. Going back upto our room was hell with steep climb. Luckily when we checked out, the manager carried our heavy luggage up the steep stairway to our car. Even the upgraded room was very bad

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

The most beautiful hotel Ive ever stayed in! The view is beyond amazing.... just breathtaking. And above that I have to say the staff is great! Milica, Marko and Laki were perfect hosts. They explained everything well and made us feel welcome. Thank you for everything Agape!
