Perfect for exploring Kotor Old town

Situated in the middle of Old Town, the location is perfect for exploring Kotor. Rooms are basic but clean. The air con ensured that my room was kept cool because evenings here are hot. The hotel is close to some of the busier bars, which could be seen as a positive for some, but bring ear plugs. All hotels in the old town have this issue though so I can’t let that affect my review. The owner works in the restaurant and runs the hotel. He is very welcoming and often gave me additional breakfast items claiming “my house is your house”
Given the location, the price is reasonable so I highly recommend.

To be avoided with care

Super central location .... Too bad everything else, really inadequate starting from the price too high for the non-services it offers, it can not be a 3 star only for Third party minibars, however empty, and a pair of 3 cents slippers, very small rooms, or rather mine had to be a double and instead, barely, I went in alone. Staff rude and absolutely unsuitable for the location, just think that I did not have the pleasure of replying to 4 mails and 2 messages on booking ... no one deigned to reply ...
Not to mention breakfast: indecent served by such a rude and unhelpful ...
I hope that booking takes serious measures against this kind of structures that penalize its credibility, above all, I hope that this review serves to keep away as many customers as possible hoping that things change!

Appalling food and hygiene with no help from staff

I was booked into this hotel for 5 nights. On the first evening I had a pasta meal in the restaurant. I was immediately sick with projectile vomiting. Both the waiter and Manager were aware and did nothing to help me . I continue to be sick in my room all night , no one checked in on me . The following day I went to the hospital and the doctor diagnosed severe food poisoning and I was prescribed 2 types of antibiotics. I changed my hotel that day.

Centrally located

A hotel in the old town of the cat town of Kotor. A simple hotel with no elevator. Rooms are basic. I had a lovely bed in a cramped room, no towel rack or bar, window couldn't close, water was up at 10pm. Plenty of power outlets, fridge, TV and air conditioning. Cramped bathroom, with rain shower and hand shower. Toilet shampoo and shower foam provided. Space between cooler and bed is very tight.
You can enjoy delicious food and live music regularly.

Avoid - cancellation on their side the day before arrival

We booked this hotel 3 months in advance and they cancelled the the day prior to our arrival because they had an internal problem of double booking …
Their message was so rude to announce that they would not be able to welcome us and they didn’t bother to apologize .
Then I asked for a commercial gesture as we need to rebook (middle of July …) another Hotel in Kotor the day before our arrival because they didn’t check their system earlier ! They literally wrote me “find something cheaper”…
How poor !
