This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again.

The location is perfect and charming! We loved the property for that reason. Unfortunately, it was a nightmare to find. GPS maps aren’t real accurate and the property is not marked at all so you have no idea when you have found it. I tried to reach out to hosts to find out how to check in and didn’t get details. When we couldn’t find it I tried calling and the phone was turned off. We had a long day of traveling and were tired and extremely hot, dragging heavy luggage and this was frustrating. The only way I found it was looking up the restaurant in the photo and going there. The listing says 24 hour front desk but there is no one on site, it says English speaking and they don’t but tried, they were unable to answer questions or store luggage. They could tell us where we could store it and that turned into a huge mess. It seems like a frequent question they would get and knowing where to tell guests to go would have been amazing. Showers have mold, room is not super clean, hosts were nice and thankfully helped with luggage up the steep stairs since we were exhausted. Hot water switch is not labeled and we didn’t know what it was so we didn’t have hot water. A simple sign could have prevented that. AC was good and had one for each level which helped. We ran out of Toilet paper and couldn’t get more until the next morning and only had 2 small bath towels for 4 people. I want to give it a better review because it has so much potential but misses the mark.

DO NOT GO THERE! Absolute dump. Dirty room filled with flies, stale-smelling linen, and filthy walls. No Wi-Fi, and the host only told me the TV was broken after I reached out. Unresponsive management. The bathroom is a biohazard: broken rusty metal, rotting hair in the drain, soap scum, no door or curtain, a broken shower head you have to hold, and no towel racks. I was unceremoniously dropped into a dump. Book early to get better options—this place should not even be a last resort. Avoid at all costs!

The hotel was nice staying at. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was noisy. It is also not refundable, I made I mistake booking twice but couldn’t get back my money and I try to call them but the number is not working. It was also hard to find first.

Awful. Struggled to find the Turkish owner to check in. Smell from the bathroom.
Persistent buzzing / ringing sound from the fuse box started at 11.00 pm. The owner came fiddled around with it.
Said it wasn't his responsibility it's just "Montenegro electrics." The ringing / buzzing unbelievably went on all night - impossible to sleep. The owner wouldn't move me another room or refund me.
