An amazing stay indeed!
We only have praise for Apartments Andrija. We really loved our stay there. The room was clean and cozy with all the necessary amenities. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, TV et c. And above all; a marvellous view of the Bay of Kotor. It was like having a glimpse of paradise. Amazing indeed.
It’s located a stone’s throw from central Kotor, in beautiful Muo. Peaceful, simply and quickly reached by foot.
The apartment hotel is run by the sweetest family, so helpful and friendly in every way. We felt so welcomed and taken care of, more than we have ever felt before. And I should add that we are frequent travellers. If we could give six points to Apartments Andrija, we would. Apartments Andrija will be the natural choice for us when we return to Kotor. We highly and warmly recommend it.

Unavailable Hosts
Would not recommend. Hosts were nowhere to be found upon arrival to obtain key even after telling them our arrival time. We had to ring on doorbells, email them, and eventually got a hold on them via a whats app call. It was also difficult to track them down for payment.
Wifi did not work well and rooms were uncomfortably hot with no AC or fans in bedrooms. Only AC was in the living room and it did not move air into the bedrooms. Windows had no screens and there were mosquitos so we couldn't leave windows open.
There was no hot water even after we turned on hot water heater. Bathroom was so small that you could not open the door completely without hitting the toilet.
Host would also not replenish toilet paper or trash bags (no shampoo or body wash either).
View was amazing, but would not recommend based on the problems.

Excellent apartment.
Check in was very easy, we were met at the property and our cases carried up.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and compact.
The air conditioning needed to be on for a very long time to cool the whole apartment.
This apartment is NOT suitable for anybody with walking or breathing problems as the hill to the apartment is very very steep.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment was a 20/30 minute walk to ‘old town Kotor’ a very good base if you wish to visit Kotor.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and compact.
The air conditioning needed to be on for a very long time to cool the whole apartment.

Loved the location and the views
The apartment is based on the opposite side of the bay of Kotor overlooking the city and with the most magnificent views. We rented for 5 nights and weren't disappointed. The hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was spacious, very modern, clean and well equipped. There is ample parking and it takes about 20 minutes to walk into Kotor. We loved everything about this apartment and would recommend it. The only downside is when you come back in the dark, there is no lighting at the bottom or in the grounds - could really do with something.

A bit of disappointment
We booked the apt for 6 nights and the first impression is that we had made the right choice, but soon we found out the apt wasn't that nice as we expected... We stayed in an one bed apt which was quite spacious and modern, but due to a broken bathroom vent, the bathroom smelled sewage every morning (complained, but issue was not fixed and our request to have some sort of bleach totally ignored), which kind of spoiled our stay..Our apt was not serviced and no cleaning materials or equipment provided, which was also a minus. Another (massive) let down was the boat trip arrangement..We booked a private trip for 4 adults and 2 toddlers (3hs) with our hosts (they offer the service) and were very specific about the type of boat we wanted , but to our surprise they sent us the wrong boat ( a barracuda) and were very indifferent when we complained about it. No replacement, boat trip cancelled and 2 very disappointed kids! Thanks Katerina! Your arrangement skills made our day! We booked the apt based on previous reviews ( run family business and location), as we were travelling with a child but our stay wasn't as joyful as the previous reviewers. On the positive site, the building is well located and has a nice view and garden which we enjoyed, but in the future we will look for another place.

Unfortunately there was no possibility for us to solve the problem in the bathroom in that short period. Change of towels is made every third day, and for the room service you just had to ask because it is not included, as this is not a hotel. But we do it for free on request.
