Three-day visit to Podgorica

We had booked a double room but got an upgrade to an apartment because we arrived earlier and stayed three nights. Great! Had a lounge with TV, a kitchenette with fridge and stove, ,coffee machine, dining table with 2 chairs, bathroom with walk-in shower, a double room with TV, wardrobe , ironing equipment, safe, dressing gown. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Reception and staff very friendly. Lift available, well located near Gradski stadium and main square.

Good location, fantastic accommodation and good service

Stayed for three nights in August 2026 as part of a trip around the Balkans. Located in central downtown, among the shopping streets it’s a great spot to base yourselves for sightseeing. Our room was a large apartment style suite with air conditioning and a great wi-fi connection. The facilities included a small fitted kitchen with crockery and cutlery and a complimentary pod coffee machine. Pods were supplied on day one. There are supermarkets within walking distance to top up and pick up other essentials. Breakfast was included and very good with a selection of hot dishes, cereals, fruits, yoghurts and a large variety of local dishes and cakes. The view from the breakfast room is stunning. We made use of the wonderful spa (at a small additional cost) which was a welcome break in the summer heat. The one downside – the noise from ‘party street’ which backed on to the hotel. Even being in a room at the front, the noise was extreme into the early hours. Nothing the hotel can do about it but bear it in mind, especially if you are a light sleeper. I was singing along to the lyrics happily after waking at 2.30am. All in all a very good experience and I would recommend as a base to explore the city.

A serious and welcoming hotel well located in the pedestrian area.

The hotel has many qualities; I would rate it a 4.5.
- good location in the pedestrian area that concentrates bars and restaurants (our room was, however, quiet; perhaps those on the street are less so)
- inexpensive parking nearby
- friendly and efficient reception
- room a bit dark but very spacious with a corner sofa and one with two small armchairs
- beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower
- good breakfast with a certain variety served in a bright room with a view.
The price is normal for the country.
Not much to complain about. The reception is dark and cramped, and the small bar is uninviting, but there is everything you need just a 3-minute walk away.
We did not test the spa, whose photos are appealing.
A good choice for Podgorica, a city that is nothing exceptional, but that’s another story.

Nice staff, good breakfast and convenient location. But extremely noisy in the evening/night. We stayed from Sunday to Thursday and every night until 01:00 there was loud music heard in the rooms from close by bars. So if you want to sleep at a normal time, it’s not great…

Great hotel in a great location. I got a free room upgrade which was lovely and the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast was located on the fourth floor where you had a nice view of the city and mountains.
