Signum is a beautiful, elegant hotel in a new building. Breakfast in their restaurant was one of the best I've had anywhere with many choices. All hotel staff speak good English and are tremendously helpful - so much so that, when I misplaced my cane at a shopping centre, they got it back to me at no charge.
There are no ride-hail services like Uber in Podgorica. Signum will always get one for you when you're going out, but our life became easier when we installed the app for Nas Taxi via Google Play and could order a ride from anywhere. Taxis are very cheap.

This was a perfect choice, extremely clean and very quiet and amazing staff. They attended all our needs with a warm smile. Staff were able to secure us a rental car in no time and for a very affordable price. Very much recommend it!

- There is music playing in the hallways that can be heard clearly from the rooms. It is not pleasant at all! I asked them to turn it off, but they refused...
- The spa was out of service, even though it was the main reason I chose this hotel. Nobody informed me about it in advance.
- To make up for the spa being unavailable, they offered to treat me to dinner. However, when it was time to pay, they told me that drinks were not included. They had never informed me of this beforehand !
It gives me the impression of a hotel with a lot of potential but not exploiting it.
Too arrogant to do so.

Great Hotel, a long walk to center. Not worth it visiting Podgorica nothing to see.
Hotel Breakfast is a wide variety of old hams and bad tasting breads. I would instead offer a simpler but good selection. Restaurant is set to close at 12 midnight, at 11 pm they were closed 😟
