A little Gem

Excellent location 200 yards from the beach . very clean rooms. Superb value. English TV . Aircon. And surperb hosts. They also provide a Iron & Hairdryer. Supermarket 100yards .would highly recommend

This is my 3rd time staying in Montesun

Amazing - Would highly recommend. very pleasant and welcoming family. Great balconeys, views, very close to everything really, the beach, the shops, and very hand to visit Kotor, and Lake Skadar and Budva etc.... Weather is amazing

GREAT STAY

My wife and me stayed here at a studio apartment one night in July 2019.The apartment had great sea views, clean and comfortable.We were on transit and we couldnt stay more. The owner spoke different languages and was gentle.

Hospitable owner, close to the sea, restaurant and promenade

Owner met us when we arrived, invited to take a sit and offered some refreshing drinks. It was so special moment as we had a trip about 6h! She also found out about our plans, showed a map and marked some recommended places. We had a nice and clean room with a sea view balcony, conditioner, towels, kitchenette with a small fridge - everything was included. Parking area is across the street, we had to pay for it separately. Despite the place (restaurants, parties) we had a good sleep, not bothered with any noise. The beach was of concrete plates with access ladders.
I would recommend this place for those who enjoy staying in small areas, like to combine swimming in the sea and in the evening - calm promenade walking.
It was a one night stay for us, as we travelled across Montenegro, the area might be a bit boring for us as sight-lovers, however we would stay longer at this apartment with pleasure.

Clean apartment, pleasant owner and good location

The owner is very pleasant and welcoming and lives in one of the apartments in the building so she is always nearby if you need something. Our apartment in the second floor was very clean and looked new, it even had a small kitchen. Wi-Fi was ok, but not too fast. There is a paid guided parking place across the street if you come by car. Location is fine if you come by car like we did that's why I rate it 5/5. We paid 50 EUR / nigt for an apartment for 2 guests. Older people might have an issue with too many stairs in the building and no elevator, but we were ok with that.
