Terrible management! This is not a 5 star hotel in terms of service, cleanliness and quality.
This beachfront hotel with beautiful pools has everything it needs to be exceptional, but poor leadership ruins the entire experience.
Our room was not ready until 4:00, and when we finally checked in, it had not been properly cleaned. No one escorted us to our room. We had to find and carry our luggage that was left in an unlocked storage room without luggage tags or registeration.
Throughout our stay, cleanliness was consistently unacceptable. Dirty towels, poorly maintained sunbeds, and a general lack of hygiene are simply unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. The hotel clearly prioritizes beach club visitors over its own guests. We constantly felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
The most shocking moment came when we tried to order a coffee at 12:15 PM. We were told the hotel doesnt serve coffee after 12:00 PM. When we asked why, the staff explained that management had decided they needed to focus on serving cocktails for the beach club instead of making coffee for hotel guests. That says everything about the hotel’s priorities.
The staff worked hard and remained polite, but they looked stressed and unsupported.
The hotel is also located far from everything. A 5star hotel in this location should provide a shuttle service every hour.
With competent management, this property could be outstanding. Unfortunately, in its current state, I cannot recommend it.

I had booked a SUITE directly with the hotel, and the reservation had been confirmed.
Upon arrival, we were assigned a standard room—with no explanation, no price reduction, and no solution offered. They do not care about the customer.

Fantastic view over Adriátic sea and mountains. Beautiful SPA facilites, unfortuntely many were out of service. Nice gym with a wonderful view. Breakfast buffet was fresh but had limited choices, the fruits were particularly tasty but there was no consistency in bread choices and slow refills, the restaurant was okay. The service ranges from exceptional to severely lacking and in the worst case even somewhat rude depending on which of the staff members you are talking to. What we enjoyed the most was the relaxation and the daily boat tour that takes you to Tivat and shows you an amazing view of the surrounding landscapes from the sea. All in all a great hotel and we had an amazing time here but we felt that it was slightly lacking in several areas to be marketed and priced as a 5-star hotel.

So bad service

View is nice, food is common, service is very bad and slow!!! Music is far too loud. More like a party place, they shouldn’t serve lunch or dinner, simply because they are very bad in it.

All day in drilling and sawing sounds

Keep in mind that in June 2026 there will be work going on in the building next door that will go all day! Probably in the months that followed. So you hear a lot of job sounds (drilling / sawing). I found this very disturbing. Please also note that as a hotel guest, you are only allowed to sit at the beach club if you pay admission. As a hotel guest, you can only lie down for free at a small and closed part, next to the job sounds. So you can't lie by the luxury beds and the Moët pool. There is very little choice on the menu. At breakfast I had to ask for the same things every day, for example something as simple as a bowl. There are a lot of employees walking around, but it sometimes feels a bit chaotic, without structure. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean.
