Perfect
Kaja was very helpful during our stay and helped us with any issues we had fab customer service we checked in the 16th of July sadly I didn’t get the other young ladies name but she was also very helpful .
We ate in the restaurant for lunch big portions low price breakfast views were beautiful
We loved the pool deck the water was clear east to get in to and swim minimal rocks lovely setting highly recommend 10/10 our fav stay in Montenegro so far.
Can’t fault anything perfect stay highly recommend to anyone .

GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION: 3/5

Between Kotor and Perast, in a very quiet area of Kotor Bay and conducive to digestive walk for example, beautiful views of the bay, beautiful pontoons, very quiet.
At the level of shops there is not much, only 2 or 3 restaurants nearby otherwise you have to take the car back to go to the center of Kotor.

Beautiful establishment with a large courtyard to land.
Very good welcome quick check-in, we accompany you to the room.
Note that there is no elevator to access the rooms and the reception only opens from 6pm in the evening, do not arrive too early.

Spacious and well-equipped room with air conditioning, minibar for a fee, TV, small table and chair, wardrobe and luggage storage.
The whole is generally clean in a quite contemporary style, however presence of dust on the night tables so you have to pass a shot, and big lack of brightness because there is only a small window and you have to be large to open it (or climbing on a chair).
The bedding is good however the bed is only partially made, it is necessary to set up the sheet and blanket, which is not usual.
What is friendly is the presence of a complete package to swim in the sea (cloth bag + towels)

There is a presence of a rotating VMC but very low efficiency, it does not dehumidify at all.

Pension overall, nice staff, rooms but with disparate benefits since you can have either a "normal" room or a room almost without windows. Cleanliness to improve. Very good breakfast. We appreciate being able to land in the Pension Courtyard, or on the pontoon on the sea side.

Fine family hotel with super nice staff on the coast
Beautiful hotel with super nice staff.Milica is so fine and Lazar is super in kitchen .It was all fine with room and all the rest.Room are clean and You could take clean towels for private

Thumbs down. Very poor handling of cancellation.
We booked this hotel late at night - after 11 pm. Although the listing does not mention it, the confirmation said there was nobody at reception - the office was closed after 11. I called the hotel to follow up and their outgoing message said there would be nobody there til morning. So we booked at a different hotel and immediately messaged that we unfortunately had to cancel since there was nobody there. This all took place within 10 - 15 minutes. THey then messaged us that they had left a key, etc., but by then we had gone to the other hotel. They refused to refund and booking.com was unable to resolve it with them.

Relaxing family-run hotel
Sara Hotel is such a gorgeous little place to stay. I'd definitely come back. Modern and very clean rooms, a fantastic view from the breakfast terrace, and a small bathing platform just outside. We hired bikes to cycle into Kotor or to the various restaurants along the seafront. The single lane road is very quiet and great for strolling or cycling. Lovely staff who looked after us very well. The breakfast buffet is great quality and makes a great start to the day.
