Nice view over the bay
Location is good (central), but uphill so you'll have to walk a bit back from the beach side/shopping streets. Free Wi-Fi. Free parking. There is a small supermarket across the street with convenient prices also (avoid the market in the shopping areas).
The rooms are old furnishes and not well isolated, in the evening we could hear the loud music playing from the shopping/bars area. However, the nice balcony and terrace is a big plus. Lovely views and welcoming host!

Nice and friendly
We were there for 10 days snd wr liked what we got. Rooms was nice with amazing view on Stari grad and little beach. Owner cleaned our room everyday and we feel wonderful. I recommend this to all who wants to have good holidays. There is also 5 m shop where you can buy most common food for breakfast or supper.

Great location and very friendly hosts
After a little problem in locating the apartments we located it on the hill overlooking Ulcinj harbour and beach.
Average size room but we had all the facilities we needed.
Very pleasant shaded terrace to relax on with beautiful view of the beach and out to sea.
Internet connection was very good.
Short walk to the town down the hill.
Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel most welcome.

Good friendly apartment
Apartmani Cejovic were very clean. The apartment was large, bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom, there were only 2 of us but there would have been plenty of room for 4. The furniture is a bit dated but only to be expected in an emerging country. The owner Aleksandar and his family were very helpful and friendly and spoke enough English to be understood.
The views from the balcony were lovely across to the old town and to the sea.
The apartment was at the top of the town so there was a gentle uphill walk to get back, about 15 minutes from beach and then old town.
This apartment was very good value for money.
There are some lovely small shingle coves tucked away for swimming.

Vriendelijk en netjes
Hele fijne plek met vriendelijke mensen. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is fenomenaal. De kamers zijn netjes en heel schoon. Enige minpunt was wel het geluid van het uitgaansleven aan de kade. Dit galmt met de verkeerde wind wel naar boven. Dit duurt tot ongeveer 1:00 (dagelijks). Het uitzicht en de vriendelijke host maken dit absoluut goed. Je zit hier nu eenmaal in een bruisende stad. Thumbs up voor de eigenaar.
Extra aanrader: Bar Posejdon. Het restaurant van zijn zoon. Wat een toprestaurant zeg! Staat helaas nog niet in trioadvisor, maar heerlijk eten (de Posejdon pizza!), vriendelijke service, fijne stoelen en (ja ja, de eerste plek in deze stad) schone wc’s met slot. Ook zeer betaalbaar voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt (Dus ook daar even een fotootje van: de Posejdon pizza).
