Catastrophic
But the staff and the rooms leave something to be desired, stay away from this hotel, it is better to pay more and have a good time.
Breakfast is a disaster
The bed and the box springs look like toys...
Bathroom that dates back to the 80s.
The staff at breakfast are just there to watch you and calculate what you eat no respect for privacy.
I advise you to run away.

Don’t waste your time or money visiting this 2*hotel
We went All inclusive and were looked down upon by bar staff and waiter staff. They look at your wrist band first and decide if they will get tips or not before smiling or being approachable! Guests that were half board or self catering treat with respect and table service smile alday long! We take money to tip went with $100 came back with $98, only tipped the bell boy who delivered our cases to the room.
No water in room when arrived at 2300! So phone to ask and was charged room service - but no bars were open at that time of night.
we booked this hotel as had Al a carte restaurants- they aren’t included in all inclusive, same with the sports bar, the piano bar ! So meant 1 bar in day and 1 bar at night which was in doors and SMOKING, couldn’t stomach 20+ people smoking cigars in doors. And only one restaurant in the evening too! Food was okay, but nothing Morocco!
We also booked as has a spa and gym - spa is men in morning and women in afternoon - respect this but not advised online and when away as a couple would like to go to the spa together! The gym opened at 930 but breakfast finished at 10, as a gym goer 3-5 times a week not been able to refuel post workout was a huge issue!
To have a late check out for a 3 hours was a charge of a full nights stay!
We made a list of all the above complaints and as gesture of goodwill was offered the room for free instead of paying the fall nights charge, after 30 minutes since the time of check out was called by reception and told we had to pay as hadn’t checking out in time, so there was no communication regarding with goodwill offer!
There’s also a sign in your room on the side board saying ‘ it is forbidden to bring food in to the hotel’!
Only positive was the entertainment staff they were brilliant but felt for them they were so young !
