I encountered a few issues with the room, a shower leak that flooded the bathroom, insufficient lighting and a faulty fold-out bed in the suite lounge. However, the staff took excellent care of everything. They truly have an outstanding team. I dined in the top floor bar on my first night and most late evenings were spent in the ground floor bar, where the team was consistently fantastic and always willing to make things happen. The location is superb and unbeatable. Highly recommended.

Run away!

Cleanliness to review...bedding and dirty towels...bed linen not changed on arrival. Tv and safe defective... no wifi except at reception.
Din of the bar with live concert on the 5th floor and echoes all over the walls of the hotel.
Ice swimming pool because never exposed to the sun and work and mouthpieces of the staff if you try to rest on the only 2 deckchairs.
Poor breakfast Service, very cold waiter, no hello, a manager who talks a lot but does nothing..just good to take your money ...does not even respond to the after-sales Service of booking platforms! And no email mdr, we understand better why... shameful

Dinner was awful overpriced, overcooked chips tasteless sandwich. Taxi booked for 9.45 turned up at 8.00.
Room very cold, no heater. I will never go here again.

My room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable. It was dated but still great value for money. Staff were kind. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location was in a nice area, close enough to beach for me. I would gladly stay again, but not sure my wife would agree.

The hotel is a little old fashioned but has its Moroccan charm and sits in attractive square. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. Overall it represents very good value.
