Excellent hotel

Very bad experience

Staff was kind but useless, rooms are small, even if you take en suite. There is no light in the hotel, no way to get natural light at all, except if you go in the street. We have not been treated well (ie not considered) at all by the manager despite having been woken up at 6:30am because of a water damage in the bathroom. I don't recommend at all.

The worst massage of my life

I am a massage enthusiast so it is with my eyes closed that I opted for a combined treatment hammam and massage for 90 minutes. Nothing was right, neither the service nor the place. These are two rooms on the ground floor of the hotel, near the reception so we hear the people who are at the reception. It is not at all cozy or with a nice decoration. And the massage was horrible, too toned, almost painful. I also asked the masseuse to pass me more slowly. She took breaks and was on her phone. I didn’t have a good time at all.

Very stylish

It is a very stylish place with good service and food. Don’t enter the back street that Google sends you, but the side that leaves the big street.
