The Perfect Holiday

Wow ! What a fantastic holiday. The hotel is basic, remember what you pay! However It is very very clean and comfortable. The cleaners Apart from being friendly are very efficient and do a great job. The receptionists are extremely helpful, especially Hysham who goes above and beyond his duties. The breakfast is filling and a good variety, and the waiters super. The swimming pool is the prettiest pool I've ever seen and after staying in many hotels and Riads in Morocco a good size.
The manager is very friendly and aproachable, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Yes, we love It and yes we'll be back!

Very bad experience at this hotel. The room had many problems: broken lock, bugs on the bed, broken window, defective sanitary equipment. Television was not working despite promises of repair. Breakfast was very poor and caused me nausea. Old and poorly maintained hotel, not worth the price paid. I will never come back and recommend it to anyone

Good Location and Well Equipped

My stay for one night was ok however the shower leaked heavily from the hose tubing. The shower fixture needed fixing or a new one. The bed and pillows were very hard. The room had a nice view over to the sea and had everything a person needs. There was a wee fridge which was good to have for my water and wine. The location was good. Next door around the corner was a cafe that did yummy Sharwarma and chips. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the Medina. Beautiful sunset down by the Port where lots of people gathered to view. The hotel had a lift for luggage and a TV. It was well equipped.

Very nice hotel!

Ideally located, close to the ocean and the medina.
Easy parking .., no noise nuisance ..
very clean, very welcoming staff.., and available..
Excellent value for money.
As a bonus breakfast is very hearty!

The establishment deserves a fresh start in terms of decoration and furniture.
Breakfast is not exceptional very basic coffee has no taste, industrial orange juice, few choices. The pastries are dry.
Regarding the rooms, a permanent smell of mold takes your nose. Facilities its old bedding and limit.
Positive the pool.
The staff and welcoming and the housekeeping ladies work properly.
The location and ideal.
