Tranquil and friendly

Lovely place, amazing staff the only things you hear, apart from peacocks and calls to prayer, are the staff asking if you need anything. Not sophisticated, or western, and dont expect a Michellin starred restaurant, but we couldn't have stayed at a nicer riad. Four of the friendliest, well behaved dogs made our stay complete.

DO NOT GO HERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

our experience was far below expectations and not reflective of what was advertised.
From the very first night, our room was infested with ants — in both the bedroom and bathroom. Ants were crawling over the bed, our belongings, and even personal items. Despite raising the issue immediately, we were not moved until the following day, leaving us to spend the night in uncomfortable and unhygienic conditions.
The property also had four dogs roaming freely, which was not mentioned in the listing. These dogs regularly drank from the communal pool and hovered around us while we ate. On two occasions, they even acted aggressively toward young children in our group. Despite reporting this to the sole staff member on-site, no preventative action was taken.
Meal options were also a major issue. Although a menu was provided, there was only one option available each day. This made it very difficult to cater to dietary needs, especially for the children in our group, who often went without proper meals. Dinners were consistently served very late (around 9:00–9:30pm) and the portion sizes were not adequate for a group of six.
Hygiene was another concern — on one morning, we were served pastries that had ants on them.
Most concerning of all, from the morning of 30th July until our departure, the property had no running water. We were unable to shower, use the toilet, or even brush our teeth, which caused serious discomfort and distress.
Additionally, the listing stated that staff were bilingual, but the sole staff member only spoke French. All communication had to be done via Google Translate, which made it difficult to resolve issues or get support, especially when the staff member was often unavailable.
Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. The listing was misleading, and the lack of hygiene, communication, and basic amenities made the stay stressful — especially for a family with young children. I would not recommend this property.

Worst place in Marrakesh

SCAMMMMMMMM RUN for your life don’t walk RUUUUN. DONT deserve even a single star. Its veeeery far from airport you will be charged exorbitant amounts and nooot worth it, town has better places to stay. The people are not truthful we needed 13 rooms and we booked via Love holidays where they gave the impression that they do gave 13 rooms but on arrival at around 10pm they informed us they only had 9 rooms.
Rooms were filthy with no running water and constant power cuts. Wifi forget about it its non functioning.
Breakfast will be served it dirty pots snd chipped china where you will question if anything has even been washed.
Linen is dirty, toilets smell urine and aren’t cleaned properly.
The staff if friendly and tries his best and feel sorry for him but he doesn’t speak english and will address you in french.
The remaining 4 couples were referred to his friends villa as we couldn’t search for any place also the taxi was long gone which had taken us there as they left us by the gate. and wifi wasn’t working. The friend overcharged us as we were desperate.
Place is dusty and NOT WHAT YOU SEE ON THE WEBSITE DONT EVER BOOK IT.

Not what you see on website

A healh hazzard, not cleaned rooms, outdoor furniture ripped and filthy
Dogs everywhere. Booked a suite not ready on arrival. Grounds are not looked after and dogs roam freely with pooh on grass.
In the middle of nowhere, all you can buy are drinks. water wouldn't drain in sink.
Dust and grime on everything
Whole sections of tiling missing.
Scrap cars in gateway
Felt like someone's personal space not a small hotel
And green in pool.
