Unforgettable experience at Kasbah Tizzarouine
My stay at Kasbah Tizzarouine was certainly one of the best experiences during my trip. From the get-go, the place envelops you with an authentic and traditional atmosphere, perfectly reflecting the charm of Moroccan culture and historical kasbahs.

The view from the terrace is spectacular: waking up to the landscape of the mountains and dunes on the horizon was a real gift. The facilities are spacious, with a large patio and outdoor pool creating an ideal relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the surroundings.

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with air conditioning and free wifi, which was very appreciated. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help, making me feel welcome all the time.

Breakfast was delicious and hearty, with local and international options, which gave me energy to continue discovering this magical corner of Morocco. In addition, the location is perfect for visiting the famous Gorge del Dadès and other stunning natural sites in the region.

Very good accommodation in Dades

The location is very good with awesome views, the food is delicious the staff are very kind, I highly recommend Tazzrouin hotel

Spacious room but no service is provided.

The accommodation was booked as a group tour so we had no say in the matter. The location is such that you are captive to this establishment as there are no alternative eating places. It is a big complex, rooms being in one section, swimming pool in another section and the restaurant in another section. It is quite a walk, on gravel, from one to the other. The rooms are certainly spacious but the bathroom is quite small, flooding after each shower. There are no windows that you can look out of as the window of the room opens to an enclosed patio, so no view. Our aircon worked as it was very cold but some people in our group complained that the heating didn’t work. There is no kettle, tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no drinking water is provided in the room. We asked if a kettle could be provided to the room and the receptionist stated one will be brought to our room. Alas that didn’t happen. The staff did not tidy up the room, replaced wet towels or provide toiletries. Only a very poor quality shampoo was provided (and not replaced), there was a small bar of soap which was impossible to use as it was hard as a rock and could not be used for shower or hand wash. Ridiculous!! Although we had lukewarm water in our room, others complained of having cold water only. The breakfast was adequate and the buffet dinner was ok but expensive. Given the location you have no other options. Service at this hotel is NON-EXISTENT.
