Disastrous

Hotel located in the city center. The receptionist was very nice, welcoming and kind. On the other hand, the room was a real disaster: the bathroom was very dirty and non-functional, the bed linen and towels were dirty, and despite beds made, there were hairs. A strong smell of bleach and detergent seemed to be trying to mask bad smells, without success. The insulation is non-existent: you can clearly hear the neighboring rooms. Fortunately, it was only one night for a stopover, but it definitely doesn’t make you want to stay there again.

Disappointing and unhygienic

The photos must be from historical archives... or retouched with state-of-the-art AI, because what we saw upon arrival had nothing to do with reality. Dirty rooms, cockroaches camping wide, an air conditioning that was rather a decorative fountain (flooded the room!) and bathrooms that make you want to run away. If you're looking for a dignified experience, keep looking because I don't understand how that place is still open to the public.

Cockroaches, moisture and other people's hair: the perfect combo

☆☆☆☆ (1 star because you can't set 0)
We traveled as a family, 19 people, booking 9 rooms with all the enthusiasm... and what we lived was a real nightmare. No room was in a dignified condition to stay overnight: dirty sheets (I'm blonde and I found black curly hairs on my bed, not to mention the red spots of something I don't even want to know what it was), cockroaches, ants... come on!
Thanks to the air conditioning I had the privilege of living the experience of having a private pool inside the room, a whole makeshift spa with the soothing sound of waterfall included (irony), not to say that also thanks to this beautiful pool I go home with the broken sleep apnea machine because it is now aquatic. The shower poured water everywhere, except where it should.
An unforgettable experience... but for the wrong reasons.
This place doesn't need a renovation: it needs an exorcization, a fumigant and an industrial washing machine, at least. I'll never come back.

Terrible experience checked out after 30 mins of checking in hotel was dirty and smelled. Location was also bad difficult to take taxi there. Not family friendly at all had to book another hotel last minute because this was not it even though the guy at the front was very nice I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
