Great hotel with a perfect location
Staff was very nice and helpful, very good service and good location. Spa offers an exclusive service. I will come again soon.

So local, the luxury shops on there never makes it luxury hotel
The corridors are extremely dark, gloomy, and outdated, making the hotel feel more like a one-star property. In fact, the entire hotel has a depressing atmosphere. Most of the facilities are poorly lit and look very old, giving you the impression that you’re not getting the value you paid for.
The room furniture and the bathrooms are old and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms have windows with hinges, but they cannot be opened, so you can’t even enjoy the fresh air of Casablanca.
To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing renovation during my stay. The constant drilling and construction noise made it almost impossible to rest or sleep. It honestly felt like trying to sleep on a busy street. Guests should be informed in advance if major renovation work is taking place, especially when it significantly affects their comfort and overall experience.
The room furniture and the bathrooms are old and in desperate need of renovation. The rooms have windows with hinges, but they cannot be opened, so you can’t even enjoy the fresh air of Casablanca.

Great 3-night family stay, a true 5-star level.
Very good 3-night stay, ideally located, large parking lot, well received, quick check-in, clean room and complete breakfast, pool area well supervised, the pool is quite deep so bring armbands for the little ones, but great hotel, I would gladly return.

Probably one of the best in town. Great location, good standards, clean, friendly staff. Nice pool area, but can be crowded. Be early. Room on high floor with nice city view. Club access on 8th is not the best, but provides free breakfast there and on ground floor. Would come back here.

...The undisputed number UNO in Casablanca!..
The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is not just a place where we sleep; it has been the official and essential starting point for our family vacations in Morocco for a decade.
We just spent 4 fantastic nights there (from July 26 to July 30, 2026).
A special mention to the reservations department and particularly to Madame Abir, who handled our file masterfully from start to finish. Although she no longer works at this establishment today, we wish her all the happiness and much success for the rest of her career!
A very big thank you also to all the employees of this hotel: they are simply extraordinary, dedicated, and highly professional.
As for the rest, the magic still works just as well. A stop at the front desk puts you right in the vacation mood. In the room, a huge thank you to Wafaa, who took care of the cleaning: nothing to complain about, work done to perfection with remarkable discretion and care!
The breakfast buffet is simply incredible, a perfect mix of Moroccan traditions and international choices, and the pool offers a calm and rejuvenating setting, ideal for disconnecting.
For us, it is without a doubt the best hotel in Casablanca. The proof? We are already going back for 6 nights at the end of August to end the summer on a high note. You can go there with your eyes closed: if you are looking for excellence in Casa, look no further, it is the unbeatable Numero UNO!
