Great hotel for families. The staff was mostly friendly and the place was clean. I had a hard time getting my room cleaned because the cleaning staff seems to stop before 1p so it’ll be a morning clean up or no clean up. The pool was GREAT for the kids as it is pretty shallow and parents can peacefully enjoy the rooftop while kids safely splash around.

Very poor Guest service, room cleaning person don't keep drinking water, only one bottle was offered daily. If you call reception for help, you will get the service after an hour. This is my 3rd stay in this hotel and I suggested to my colleagues. They are also pissed off with hotel response. All days same menu for Breakfast. No one is supporting for handling luggages while check in and check out. Totally waste of money.

Exceptional experience.

Excellent experience at the hotel restaurant.
The service was impeccable: the entire team was very attentive, professional, and truly welcoming. The atmosphere is superb and the view from the rooftop is simply impressive. A perfect place to have a very good time. I recommend it without hesitation!

Great hotel with an even greater staff

Clean and modern rooms, nice buffet service until 11pm and the bar in the terrace is very nice to go for a drink! All hotel employees were very friendly. Recommend it.

A pleasant stay

We stayed in this hotel many times and each time the friendliness and helpfulness of the team was at the rendezvous! A young, dynamic and always smiling team who reserved us during our last stay a pleasant surprise for the birthday of the boys we could celebrate on the rooftop. The latter is the icing on the cake with an unlikely view of the city of Casablanca with its bar and swimming pool, it is a real haven of peace.
The newly renovated rooms are modern and warm! The spacious suites.
In addition, the location of the hotel is strategically close to the amenities and the center of casa but in a quiet area.
I highly recommend this property for business or family stays in Casablanca.
