The deluxe Suite was clean. The room also had a great TV with the possibility of Netflix and amazon prime. The AC was working well. The room service was nice.

My experience in my loft Anfa

First thing the staff working there was not responsible ( night shift ) , we checked the room they gave us ، bedding was so dirty , stinky smell around we checked another room and it was worst more like disgusting we couldn’t sleep there and we went to another hotel at night , it was the worst establishment i experienced it . I don’t recommend it it all , and when we did the complaint they didn’t take it seriously and they didn’t gave us the refund we are still waiting for it .

Complaint about the bad experience with booking accommodation
On the 25th, I made a reservation at the my loft anfa hotel in Casablanca, based on photos that promised a pleasant place. Upon arrival, I found only a doorman, no receptionist, no functional computer system and unable to communicate in French or English.
To make the situation worse, a cash payment was requested, contrary to the payment method previously made through the e-dreams platform.
After waiting for an hour, I was sent to another hotel by another employee, where, despite checking in (I emphasize again, in another hotel in the loft chain) I found inadequate hygiene conditions.
At 2:00 in the morning we tried to get help through e-dreams support, and after an hour of this attempt to request help we were told that they regretted the whole situation and did not offer any solution or attempt at a solution.
This extremely unpleasant experience with the Loft hotel, combined with the lack of support from e-dreams, motivates my formal demand for a refund for a service that was not used.
Very bad service. As a result of this situation, we found ourselves compelled to find another hotel to stay overnight. In short, not only did I pay for a service that I didn't enjoy, I also had to pay for a second hotel to guarantee a night's rest. THIS HOTEL IS A BIG NO!

Not good experiences.

Our guide had reserved a room with two beds for my friend and me. At check in we were told the only room had a large bed. When we got to the room, there was only one towel and there was a pair of dirty socks on the closet floor. Also, there was no one to help with luggage. We left immediately.

Modern decor and nice hotel with some nuances

Some of the reviews were harsh. This is a fine place to stay but don't expect the service of a nice hotel or cozy Riad.
Pros
Cost. Paid 70US
Area. In nicer part of town near business district. Felt safer at night.
Modern decor
Blackout windows (no the windows did not lock but I never saw spiderman. Also for all i know it was user error. The electric shades were great)
We felt very safe and someone was always at the front.
We needed rush laundry and they made it happen (at a cost but worth it)

Yes it will be hard to get nespresso pods... just go get $1 coffee with locals
No the couches aren't really meant to sleep on.. this seemed clear in photos.
It does offer a kitchenette which is very basic. If you are counting on this, there are no sharp knives and you may want to call ahead to make sure enough silverware is available especially if you have 3 ppl. We didn't use so not sure if they have knives available. Could be a safety thing.
You have to pay tax on way out. Hotels.com did disclose this in other detail. Annoying on hotel.com part but noticed this everywhere.
We didn't try breakfast. Hotel was empty and assumed it would be easier to grab a pastry.
No one spoke that much English but I am in their country.
Cons:
The service isn't that attentive as others mentioned. The decor was unfinished. Missing lightbulbs, towel rack, drawers didn't close easily. Doors weren't installed properly. Nothing to write home about but a little annoying as they advertise as new and great.
Service. Took 2 hours to get toilet paper.
We started with 2 towels. They cleaned room now we had 1.
