I love the location and the big bed and terrace. My only complaint is we couldn't get hot water in the shower and the key was difficult. I've stayed here before and will again.

Me and my daughter stayed there for 2 nights. Pathetic service, no one at the front desk to help, stinky room, we booked junior suite thinking it will be better. Poor value of money.
Kamal doesn't know how to respect or offer help when I asked for help.
I don't know the name of other guy who served breakfast, he behaved nicely though.

Rooms were a little tired and we had to switch rooms due to a leaky ceiling in the bathroom. It was very rainy out prior to our arrival. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

The staff were playing video game in the lobby and talking loud till late at night, there is no parking close by and the pathway to the hotel is through the medina with stairs.
