Excellent Accommodation.
Casa Mogador.
This is My 7th visit to Casa Mogador since 2020, and there’s so many reasons I keep coming back here.
The Apartment is a traditional Moroccan Raid situated on the top floor of a 3 floor building, with its own Rooftop Terrace, which is excellent for Sunbathing.
The Apartment is well equipped for all your daily living needs, I’ve just spent a month here and once again I didn’t need anything this place doesn’t already have.
The Apartment is in a good location, it’s the quieter part of Essaoiura. It’s a slow 20 Minute walk to the Beach, it’s 20 Minutes walk to Carrefour Supermarket which has everything you need to live. It’s a short Taxi Ride to The Port and The Medina, and the Taxi fares are set to 8 Dirham for anywhere in Essaouira, it could be a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute drive, and the price is just 8 Dirham. If your unfamiliar with African Taxis, they pick up multiple people while your also in it, so if your waving a taxi down, don’t just wait for an empty one, as long as there’s enough seats for you then they’ll pick you up. Just always make sure that when you tell the driver where you want to go you tell them it’s 8 Dirham, there are a few drivers that try to take advantage of Tourists, but as long as your clear upfront then there’s no issue.
The Host is Boubakr, he’s basically your local SuperHero. Anything you need to know about Essaouira you just have to ask him. Anything you need for the Apartment, you just have to ask him, and he will literally go above and beyond to make sure your looked after. I’m disabled and for over a week I became quite ill, Boubakr brought me water when I needed, offers of food, he went to the pharmacy for me a couple times and even took me to the local Doctor, all things he didn’t have to do, but he did because once your in his home he’ll go out of his way to make sure you have a Safe and Beautiful Stay, as The English would Say, He really is a Diamond.

Stay in Essaouira
We had an excellent stay at Casa Mogador in Essaouira. Mr. Boubakr is a very available person, always ready to help and to share his tips for discovering the city. His warm welcome and his hospitality make all the difference. On Friday, Mr. Boubakr prepares a delicious couscous, generous and convivial. The accommodation is ideally located in the quiet and pleasant Azlef neighborhood, a few minutes' walk from the beach. You can find all the useful shops nearby: bakery, grocery store, restaurant, café, etc. I highly recommend Casa Mogador to anyone who wishes to discover Essaouira. Thanks again to Mr. Boubakr for his welcome and his kindness.

Great stay in Essaouira
We had an excellent stay at Casa Mogador.
We were warmly welcomed with Moroccan tea on arrival and were also surprised with a nice couscous dish on Friday.
The host is very friendly and responsive. We were always helped very quickly if we needed anything.
The apartment was also very clean and pleasant.
Definitely recommended if you want to spend a quiet and carefree holiday in Essaouira!

Beautiful apartment and unforgettable welcome
Fantastic family stay a huge thank you to boubakar for his warm welcome, kindness and generosity as rarely we can meet during a lifetime! The apartment is ideally located and very nice I recommend you with your eyes closed this rental!
