stayed for a week during december with friends room was lovely made very welcome from the first day. hotel was always fresh and clean due to the amazing staff who had lovely personalities. thanks for taking care of us to everyone at 7 stones

Just back from our 7 night stay in Riad 7 Stones where we had a wonderful time, from the moment we arrived Ismail could not be any more helpful, Not my first time here so I didn’t need too much help but he even came with me to print off my boarding passes at a nearby Internet cafe,
Melisa, a native English speaker also works at the Riad and she was so lovely to chat with we can’t wait to hear her songs on YouTube,
There is no denying that Moroccan standards are nowhere near to European standards in terms of Health and Safety, Food safety and basic hygiene principles, but I have to say that I was completely satisfied with the cleanliness in my room (which was cleaned every 3 days) and other rooms that I looked around during my stay,
Great Value booked through booking.com which included all of the local taxes which may not be included with other booking service providers!
To echo the other negative commentary about this Riad there are no free toiletries, soft drinks or tea making facilities in the room and if you are expecting this then perhaps you should pay x5 the price and stay at Le Medina hotel where you can enjoy a perfectly sterile trip to essaouira,
Certainly if you want a real authentic Moroccan experience at reasonable price of £29 per room per night, staying inside the city walls then this Riad will suit you just fine,
Keep up the good work guys, waiting for easyJet to confirm flights so that we can return next year,

The WORST riad in the city !
We stayed 5 days in this riad, we first were very surprised by the cleanliness of the property. the cleaning was made just one time in 5 days without changing the bed sheets. we found spiderweb behind the sofa, plus there is no amenities in the bathrooms.
The owner Jessie was not very friendly and we didnt feel welcomed at his place.
The area is not safe and very noisy, we get bothered by some drunk people.
And on the top of all, the owner charged us unexpected fees without any explanations.
I do not recommend this place, there are many nicer, warmer and cleaner riads in the city.

Riad manager Thank you for your wonderful comment but dear Sir, Madam if you have personal problems with the former manager. this is not settled on the back of our establishment.
- We understand your anger which is also explained by this commentary which used almost all the terms that express hatred, we ask you to excuse the professionalism of the former manager, but I suggest you come to spend a stay with another point of view and especially other people more able and talented.
- the photos are actually real and our customers before you confirm what we say, we are sorry for the imperfections you have asked, you will certainly
- We have a regular cleaning service but also the change of towels; sheets ..etc. but it is on order following to respect the confidentiality of our customers, it is enough to put you in contact with the reception and your request will be granted without the slightest concern.
- Regarding Wi-FI we have two routers; the first in the ground floor and the second in the center of Ryad to ensure the maximum possible quality of network, just communicate to the reception your worries instead of getting angry quietly and leave the weight of anxiety wasted your stay.
- Uncontrollable customers are possible probabilities throughout the establishment but we are very sorry for the professional incapacity of the former manager. we offer you a discount next time to extinguish the anger that has crushed the green and the faded.
- You have not been obliged to stay in the Riad because in case the customer is not satisfied we refund the rest of the stay without any hesitation. as we have already said; '' you decided to stay angry descriptement ''.
- Fortunately, your two comments confirm not only hatred but also the prejudgment to generalize everything as a bad, you probably have a free breakfast during your entire stay but that does not count for sure. brief we will not make it personal.
- Welcome next time will be something else.

Relaxed atmosphere, great food, amazing hospitality, really comfortable rooms, and a beautiful place. Every detail is looked after. You can't go wrong here. Jesse and Adellee personally make sure of that!

This place has been a great little find. Our room was big with a large bath and a great shower. The water was always hot and the pressure was good also. Jesse our host gave us the warmest welcome as well as some special restaurant recommendations, he was always on hand to help us when needed.
The riad has a very warm and relaxing vibe with lovely communal spaces that we felt very welcome to relax in.
Breakfast was delicious and with great coffee, which we struggled to find elsewhere during our trip.
The location is excellent, right in the centre of the medina and very close to the port and the sea front.
We had the most delightful time staying at Riad 7 stones. The riad was quite quiet when we were there as it’s a fairly new venture but I have no doubt that the news will spread quickly. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.
