A nice experience

Very friendly and accommodating staff, and a lovely breakfast. A nice riad. Good location, close to shopping and the beach. A lot of nice restaurants close by.

Charmant ryad

Ryad charming well located in the medina, comfortable rooms with bedding, very kind and friendly staff, Hakima gives full advice and very available, her massage is fabulous in the room, PDJ very hearty a very good address thank you to Omar and his team, ryad to recommend and we will come back

Very nice home

We would like to share with the travel community a recent experience that raises important questions about reservation practices at certain establishments. As a travel agency established for more than 25 years in Morocco, our priority has always been the satisfaction and safety of our customers.
Recently, during a reservation at “Dar Nor” in Essaouira, we were confronted with unexpected behavior on the part of the manager, Mr. Omar. Despite a confirmed reservation for one of our most valued customers, we were surprised by the request for payment in cash or to a personal account instead of the establishment's bank details. Faced with our refusal, based on our principles of ethics and transparency, our reservation was abruptly canceled.
This type of behavior does not reflect the standards of quality and professionalism that we defend. It is crucial, for the reputation of tourism in Morocco and the confidence of travelers, that commercial practices are clear, ethical and transparent.
We call for collective awareness to encourage fairer and more transparent practices in the hotel industry. Your experience matters. If you have encountered similar situations, please share them. Together, we can contribute to a safer and more welcoming travel environment for everyone.
