Deception. Reviews are fake

This house is in a very poor condition, the maximum cost per night is 30 EUR, the owners behaved sneaky:
1. We were deceived in the cost, we paid USD 700 in 4 days (like 5 star Hilton a day before), expecting at least acceptable conditions
2. The room is about 13 sq m, WC is 1,5 sq m
3. Extremely cold! This is a very old building, all systems need renovation, our room was with holes in the walls, AC couldn’t help
4. Wild smell from the sewer
5. No cleaning for sure
6. It was dark both during the day and in the poor light at night. Apparently, in order not to see the reality and the cracks in the walls.
7. The kitchen is shared, cold
8. The photo where the courtyard of the riad is visible belongs to another house of the owner(!)
9. Only narrow staircase to the 3rd floor was nice
10. The owner, when we expressed our indignation at the conditions for such money, was tricky, offered to cancel the booking at the end of our stay for a refund of 65 EUR. In the end when we left we’ve got a lot of curses and accusations.
These people are liars, don't believe pictures (cheap decoration is no substitute for cleanliness and convenience), and in no case take women and children here.
