Cozy hotel with warm welcome

Pros:
1. The very first thing I want to point out is the really very pleasant and friendly staff: girls and young people. We'd especially like to thank an administrator named Khalid. When we came to check in, he met us at the reception. In the very first second, he was very sympathetic and kind to us. Helped us with any questions, made us breakfast, told us what we could visit in Fez, where better to go. He treated us with special value. And he made us feel at home.
2. The room is minimalist, but with all the comforts. Loved that it allowed us to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the medina.
3. It is very comfortable to be on the terrace where we had breakfast and also in the evenings came to drink delicious Moroccan mint tea. The design on the terrace is cozy and cute. Breakfast was made by Khalid and a girl (sorry, we don't know the name). She was also very sympathetic and kind to us.
4. We were given the opportunity to wash our clothes. That was a great help. Khalid himself hung up all his clothes to dry before morning. And this morning, he gave us the clothes. It was clean, dry and very neatly folded.
Cons:
Everything was so beautiful, there was no downside for us. Thank you for everything: every person on the staff! Special thanks to Khalid. And thanks to the hotel owner.

The decor was not to my liking but the rooms were kept clean. The location was excellent next to rhe old medina.

Excellent stay

We had a great time in this riad! The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, in a traditional style that creates a warm and authentic atmosphere. The beds are comfortable with quality bedding, and the layout of the rooms allows everyone to find their space.
Cleanliness is impeccable, as is the maintenance of the premises. Small details like carpets, light fixtures and carved patterns add a real Moroccan charm.
The staff is welcoming, helpful and always smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is convenient and allows you to fully enjoy the city.
I highly recommend this riad for a comfortable and exotic stay!
