Heaven on a Budget

A fantastic stay in June. The rooms were spacious, clean with all amenities to hand.
Our bedding and towels were replaced each day. The en suite was cleaned daily
The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every request was answered. The breakfasts were superb. I cant find fault with this place and would and probably will return there.

Very relaxing five night stay and good base to explore Fes

Amazing five night stay. There are only 7 rooms so you will get very personal attention starting with welcome tea and explanation of local sights and map. Riad is very traditional with beautiful tilework and colored windows. Bit confusing to find at first as the name on the door says "family oedghiri" not the name of the hotel. There is a little shop beside that sells drinks and snacks. Very walkable to all the sights and close to the Blue Gate. Breakfast is on the roof which is a slow process as they have to bring the tray up for each person from the ground floor. Staff is young, very friendly with perfect English. For my early morning day trip they gave a bagged breakfast for 7am departure as normal breakfast time is 830am. Very relaxing stay for my five nights and good central base from which to explore all of Fes. Just noise from people talking in the common areas but that was the same in all the Riads I stayed at. Cover picture on tripadvisor with a lake and trees is wrong.

Absolutely recommended!

Fantastic place in the old medina of Fez. Everything well arranged by the hosts Mohammed and Taha. Nothing is too much for them. Nice breakfast. Also for the day trips, taxi, explanation medina nothing is too much for them. Good cook, great food within the Riad. Room was small but adequate and every day a nice clean room including linen and towels.
In short, absolutely recommended!!

I would not recommend any other property in Fes!

A little gem hidden in the streets of the medina: we stayed here two nights in 5 (three rooms) and we were immediately welcomed by the friendliness and smile of Mohamed, who wanted to explain how to navigate the medina in a very good Italian. The rooms are spacious (the shower is practically a studio apartment in Milan) and very clean, located on several levels on floors 1 and 2 (there are many stairs, it must be said). The roof terrace is a gem from which you can admire the “skiline” of minarets and houses of the medina. The staff is extremely friendly and will also give you advice on where to eat, we had dinner on the terrace the first night because tired... and we asked to be able to dine for the second: typical dishes well made and very good, as if your Moroccan aunt cooked them. A really pleasant experience, they made us feel at home: I could not recommend any other property in Fes!

Unforgettable stay

✨ An unforgettable stay in an exceptional setting! ✨
I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful riad, and I can only share my immense satisfaction. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable, worthy of the most beautiful establishments. Every detail is thought through with taste, and you immediately feel calm.
Breakfast was a pure treat: hearty, varied and absolutely delicious. Fresh, homemade products, served attentively in a charming setting — a real moment of happiness every morning.
But what makes this place truly unique is the Welcoming and exceptional kindness of Mr Mohammed Idrissi Jazouli. He was extremely kind, attentive, always available and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It’s rare to meet someone so warm and dedicated. Thanks to him, we felt like home, or even better!
Many thanks to the whole team, and especially to Mr. Idrissi Jazouli. I recommend this riad with my eyes closed, and I will come back to it without hesitation!
