HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL!!

If I could give this place a zero or a negative rating, I would. Our stay was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Between the deafening noise and being blatantly robbed of our money, this was easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Do yourself a massive favor and book anywhere else.
This hotel is run by thieves. We paid the full amount in cash to the woman at the reception when we arrived. However, at checkout, the same receptionist boldly claimed we never paid and forced us to pay for the entire stay a second time.. When we demanded they check the security cameras to prove we had already handed over the cash, they gave the excuse that the security guard "wasn't working" and refused to help. It is a calculated scam.
• Horrendous Noise: Do not expect a single second of sleep. The bar is insanely loud and the room insulation is non-existent. It felt like the party was happening inside our room; every single shout and noise from outside echoed through the walls all night long.
• Pathetic Facilities: The Wi-Fi is a joke and completely unusable. On top of that, there is no parking whatsoever, despite what you might be told.
WARNING: This place is professionally dishonest. If you decide to risk staying here, under no circumstances should you pay in cash they will take your money and then look you in the face and lie about it the next day. A truly disgusting way to run a business..

Pleasant stay to redo

We stayed there for 8 days as part of a golf course. The hotel is very well located in the center of Ifrane, 10 minutes from golf, shuttle Service to golf, Fes airport and possible excursions ) the decor is authentic, the wood is omnipresent , the photos trace the evolution of the city and the hotel. Comfort is of high quality. The rooms are spacious and clean..The price of the room and the catering services are cheap, my catering is quality and the staff is smiling and always listening. I recommend

Everything is available on foot,
