Brilliant stay in the Marrakech medina

Really lovely stay for four night, the location is brilliant and the streets around really lovely. Isham one of our hosts was super helpful and kind, which made the stay really great. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a calm sanctuary within the bustling medina. The roof terrace is also so beautiful. Thank you

Lovely staff and good location.

The staff members were very kind, helpful, and friendly. The woman who prepared breakfast was especially lovely, and we truly enjoyed all our interactions with Shaam.
However, the riad rooms are extremely dark. If you’re someone who likes to do makeup, it’s basically impossible due to the lack of lighting—even during the day it was way too dark. The riad also has issues with dampness. We stayed in January, and the blankets constantly felt wet because of the humidity.
Breakfast was very limited and consisted almost entirely of carbs, with no protein options such as eggs.
The stars I gave are entirely for the staff members, as they were wonderful. The riad does have a good location as well.

Horror and scam.

The Riad does not quite match the description. Right in the center of a super popular and very noisy neighborhood, impossible to sleep neither day nor night.
Hyper dirty and no sound insulation to allow travelers to rest.
Presence of cockroaches.
Not worth the asking Award at all.
You must avoid it.
High-minded and aggressive host who does not accept criticism from his guests at the risk of being insulted, called all names and threatened.
We left the scene immediately for fear of reprisals.
Very bad traumatic experience.
Run away, run away.

A really bad riad

A riad in poor condition with some of the staff who don't care about us. The room was very small for two and the bathroom renovations were very poorly done. The breakfasts were OK but nothing more. The young woman who was there some mornings was the only person who seemed to want to help us, thanks to her. The riad is well located but not worth it.

Nice place but lacks privacy

Beautiful riad, 15 minutes walk from Jamaa el Fna. It is also easy to reach by car, which is a big plus in the old part of town in Marrakech. Breakfast was very good. The only minis I would give is the lack of privacy. We have rented the whole riad, but we had the housekeeper/cook there all day by the pool and breakfast table, and when she left, a guy took over for the night and was there until she got back. No privacy at all and not possible to use the kitchen either since the fridge is filled with the food they prepare for breakfast. The lack of privacy was a huge minus.
