Very good hotel, and good service
This is the first time i have been in this hotel , the Rooms was clean the breakfast was also good, pool very clean , thank you for the life guards simo and hamza they was very friendly and profesionel. Very good exprience

Horrible
Old hotel, horrible breakfast, coffee machine very dirty, almost vomit-inducing! Only the pastries are good; the rest is to be avoided, no utensils or napkins that you have to beg for. I gave up and went to the restaurant next door; the same goes for the disgusting pool, dirty lounge chairs stuck to the hotel guests, extremely noisy. When we order drinks at the pool bar, they blow in your face, very unfriendly and unpleasant. I went to the nearby hotel to buy pool day passes! Gym where the bike does not work, the treadmill works one time out of three! The room is very noisy, not soundproofed, and the toilet flush leaks with every flush! Torn sheets, window that does not close properly, and air comes through! In short, the worst stay in 10 years that I have been coming to Marrakech, with additional expenses (pool and breakfast)

The hotel could be nicer if it wasn't for the work they were doing, like the gym was under renovation, they were painting some of the rooms, the elevator was so slow, lot of people were using the stairs. The staff were nice, the hotel in general could be better if it was no work to be done

Hotel was better than expected. Good location, Nice facilities, good breakfast. AC could be better. Staff are very good and helpful. Especially a lady called eman. Was a star in helping, when our transfer taxi did not arrive. She went out of her way to help. My family with young children were very greatful. Would come back here.

Nightmare
This is the worst hotel on the planet. As soon as we checked in the vibe was off it’s dark and gloomy. The rooms and interiors are extremely dated. When you get to the room the toilet seat and sink are separate i mean literally one room as the toilet seat and the other sink and moreover there is no handwashing liquid. The pool is extremely dirty and the kids pool is just standing water doesn’t even look like it’s being filtered.
This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and we booked based off of that but this is not even a 1 star hotel. What 4 star hotel in a tourist area has a toilet separate to the sink and i maintained pool. The hotel description is very misleading and the pictures are even more. When I asked for another room they said all their rooms are like this. No further support offered.
I wouldn’t even stay here if it was free and it kills me that i actually paid for this. Please don’t stay here and save your money. If the management in the hotel is reading this I would really like my refund as the hotel is not as advertised.
