Traditional and welcoming

This is our second time here and we absolutely love it. The staff here are so friendly and it’s in a quiet location. Yes, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, if you want live entertainment and boozy nights then this place is not for you. This hotel is a great base. The village itself is quaint and yes the kids do pester you. However, it’s something you have to expect from Morocco as they do this everywhere. It’s a very traditional place, the food is basic but tasty and we would definitely come again. It’s a traditional hidden gem. I would also advise to do the ourika waterfalls trip with get your guide. We had an amazing time.

Loved the peacefulness and birds!

Authentic and cozy. Away from busy centre but 20 min shuttle sorts that easily. Rooms were lovely and cold, facilities a little dated, need a good maintenance team to sort that. People were super helpful, would return just for them! Good value for money. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the place, if you’re looking for authenticity, perfect place!

2 weeks at the palm grove

For a first solo trip to Marrakech has the palm grove exactly nothing to say 2 weeks too well personal really nice listening frankly nothing to say I strongly recommend this hotel very quiet

This is Morocco

Totally authentic hotel. This is Marrakesh. Everything is made by hand. Super charming, with small times. Stairs everywhere. A fantastic beduine-style rooftop terrace. Everything is relaxed and you get in gear. The food is mediocre and moderate in price. The staff who are both French and English speaking, are very friendly and welcoming. And extremely helpful. Good service with free shuttle 2 times a day into Marrakesh. For the hotel is in the desert. If you want peace and tranquility, then this is the place

The staff is outstanding and the service is excellent, the rooms are in a real bad condition. The cleanliness is not great. The rooms in general are worn and need a massive renovation. The property is in a quite and enjoyable setting. From the rooftop you can see the Atlas Mountains on a clear day. If the property was in a good shape, I would have give it a 5 out 5.
