We had a wonderful stay at Palais Averroès Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and offers a truly relaxing atmosphere.
A very special thank you to Hamza, the hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for every guest. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and his kindness and attention to detail made a real difference.
I would also like to thank the entire staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. I highly recommend Palais Averroès Marrakech to anyone visiting Marrakech, and I will definitely come back again.

The best experience we had in Morocco.
After the madness of the centre, this was a quant, peaceful retreat.
Lovely food, great amenities, basic but has everything.
Given the small occupancy, this boutique really creates an atmosphere of a small community. Should you want your own space, there are plenty of options (upstairs, gardens, pools, small cafe section)
The rooms are also beautiful. Simple, but again, the experience stays with me.
Special thanks to our host, Ikram. Such a lovely lady. May she continue with such warmth and good vibes.

Very positive experience
What a great ending to our trip! Our stay at Le Palais Averroes was taken care of to perfection. Nice rooms, a quiet atmosphere and a warm welcome that immediately gave a good feeling. Everything was in perfect order: from cleanliness to service. A place where you really relax and where hospitality is central. Definitely recommended!

No where near 5 star - 3 at best - the hotel lacks staff, service and atmosphere
Never a 5 star hotel and weirdest place I have ever stayed!
On arrival we almost turned round. The fact we had a non refundable hotel stay and no number to contact bookings.com was the only reason we stayed.
There were two staff members in the hotel. Very friendly but the hotel is much more basic than a normal 5 star. When we arrived in the room there were no coat hangers at all. We rang the front desk and no one answered. The whole hotel was like a ghost town. We then went to ask someone who seemed like they had no clue where anything was. They bought 1 plastic coat hangers and one metal one - for two people for three nights?
The next morning - breakfast was omelette or scrambled eggs - not much choice. The restaurant wasn’t that clean and we just felt that no one really cared at all.
We luckily had excursions booked which got us out of the hotel. When we arrived back the first day, at 3pm, we found the front locked and no one answering the intercom. Our driver wouldn’t leave us alone until someone came as it’s not in the nicest are. We waited quite a while for someone who worked there to arrive and ring the manager before they let us in. No apology or anything. We then decided to sit by the pool - pool is freezing so although looks nice - it’s unusable in March. There was no one around to get towels from so I had to go and hunt them for myself - I found a cupboard with them in and just helped myself to two pool towels.
No one asks if you would like a drink etc and you are pretty much left completely alone - so if you need anything you are stuck. The rooms are very basic and tired, and no little extras like shower caps, body lotion or anything - the beds are very hard and the pillows of poor quality.
We decided to eat out each night as no one was around and the first night we decided this wasn’t the place for us. The beds were remade the next day by housekeeping but looked worse than when my young son makes his bed! We were always super polite as the staff were to us. However no one ever asked if things were ok - I am guessing it’s because they knew what the answer was. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and when we left no one even said goodbye or asked us if our stay was ok!? It would have been a perfect time to feedback our opinion but no one even asked. I would rate this hotel 3star at best - I would never stay again and I would seriously tell others not to book if they want exceptional Moroccan service. I have stayed in Morocco several times and I do know this is not the standard that is usual especially in a 5 star! This hotel should be re-reviewed. I booked because the reviews were so good and quite honestly I can’t understand how they have those 5 star reviews? I am so annoyed that this happened as it was supposed to be a lovely getaway with my friend and it turned into the holiday from hell.

The best of Marrakech, a haven of peace and quiet. It is worth it even if it is on the outskirts.amazing breakfast, brutal pool, attention of 10, by taxi 15 min to the center.
