A magical and unforgettable stay.
We had a magical stay at the Gardens of Kesali, surrounded by my friends. Everyone was very caring to make this moment perfect, thank you to the whole Fuzia team who made this birthday weekend unforgettable, special mention to Zakaria for her kindness and attention. Thanks also to Zineb who helped me upstream for the organization to make this moment perfectly in line with my expectations. I highly recommend this property.

Avoid - big scam
Worst experience in Marrakech!!
The spot is incredible, there is nothing to complain about regarding that.
However, we booked a room that ultimately did not correspond at all to the room we were given (which was quite mediocre).
The breakfast is just scandalous, no choice and boxed orange juice.
Moroccan pastries for dessert: they serve you a piece of rusk and to top it all off, they announce excursion and taxi rates that are much more expensive than when we book directly.
They bow and scrape in every direction, but the quality of the service and amenities needs a complete overhaul.
In the evening, they reheat dishes for you in the microwave.
We are very disappointed and annoyed.
It is fortunate that not all places in Marrakech are like this…
I strongly advise against it, taking into account the price-quality ratio, which is not up to par.

Incompetent customer service.
I note the customer service! WARNING, FLEE! IF YOU HAVE RESERVED AND HAVE A CONFIRMATION FROM NADINE, HASNA, OR SARAH (the sales representatives), you risk finding yourself without accommodation on the day of your arrival! I reserved 10 rooms for 20 people several weeks before our stay (my nephew's wedding). The night before our arrival at 11:45 PM, I learned that my reservation had been canceled. They claim that the cancellation of the Minzha gardens also canceled my reservation at the Késali Gardens. Look at the screenshot!

Gross lack of professionalism
I deeply regret the attitude of Les Jardins de Kesali to a situation that is explained with courtesy and transparency.
Following an unforeseen event beyond our control, we notified the hotel in advance to request a cancellation, thinking we could count on an understanding commercial gesture.
Unfortunately, the response received was categorical and devoid of any customer consideration. It is incorrect to claim that Booking.com does not allow for free cancellation: everyone knows that this decision is exclusively the property’s goodwill.
I particularly regret the lack of flexibility and listening to Ms. Hasnae, Guest Relations, whose case management lacked Service and professionalism.
A disappointing experience, all the more regrettable for a place that wants to be representative of Moroccan hospitality.

We had the pleasure of staying at Jardin de Kesali and it was an unforgettable experience. ✨
The property itself is stunning – a true hidden gem in Marrakech. The garden and pool area are beautifully designed, offering peace, privacy, and a perfect atmosphere to relax after exploring the city. The room was immaculate, spacious, and decorated with elegance, giving us the feeling of being in a little paradise.
The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and full of authentic flavors – every meal was a delight. Another highlight of our stay was the massage with Samira, who is simply fantastic: professional, kind, and able to create a moment of deep relaxation and well-being.
The entire staff was exceptional – always attentive, welcoming, and ready to make us feel at home. A very special thank you goes to Ali, whose kindness and helpfulness truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
