In general was good a bit far from city centre and a taxi quite expensive and take 30to 40 min for pick ups but generally quite and good energy calming place
If you are looking to relax I highly recommend it

Misleading information!!

Very disappointed with misleading information on trip.com it’s not the fault of the trip.com as the hotel is doing this on other platforms “ information, such as showing pictures of accommodation once paid. Then you arrive at the hotel and they do not provide the what is shown or paid for “ and B the other issue is the taxi driver they provide to city drop off! Is charges are 3 times higher than normal “ reason why they do this is’ they no you are new in the area and you have no other options!!

Overall, the stay was acceptable. I would like to thank the housekeeping team for their cleanliness and helpful attitude.
However, the reception experience was disappointing. My request for a one-hour late checkout was declined without flexibility. In addition, some basic amenities were missing, such as slippers in the room, no welcoming music or atmosphere at the reception, and a request for extra towels was also refused.
I hope these points will be improved to enhance the guest experience.

3* at best, its adequate for a few days

False advertising, nothing like the pics, basics are good, restaurant staff nice, food good, they need to advertise as a 3* , pool canopy beds don’t have the sun covering, gardens are in a very poor state. Bedroom is average. It’s very remote not near the medina but taxis will come for you.

A lovely hotel despite the illusion of it being better than what it is.

Like other reviewers, we went on the photos of the hotel and the description. On arrival, I was disappointed with the reality of the hotel. However, we were moved rooms and this made a difference. The initial room was small and had a leaking air con unit.
The staff were very helpful and kind and made sure that our stay was lovely- house keeping were brilliant! We enjoyed the food which was fresh.
I agree that if they spent money on doing up the hotel like another reviewer said, it could be the 5* hotel it claims to be; the spa could be amazing- but this is ‘could’. Not the reality. My daughter and I, in the end, had a wonderful time and we did not mind being so far out of town.
If you book this hotel, please be aware that the photos do not reflect the reality. But, the staff were helpful and kind; the rooms cleaned every day and the pool and weather ensured we could chill and sunbathe. Also note this is a dry hotel so no alcohol is served.
