Writers' Paradise, quiet haven in the medina

Riadh al Massarah is exquisite. It's spacious, cool and calm with a dipping pool for when it gets hot. The rooms are en-suite and beautifully decorated. Art is everywhere in this place but the real highlight that makes all the difference is the kindness and friendliness of the staff. They were all just lovely. The professional Chef Leyla makes unbelievably great food and gives cooking lessons. The place is spotlessly clean and everywhere you go (to work, like me, who was on a writing retreat) there is scent of orange blossom and cool corners to sit and read. I'll be back. I loved everything about it. Including its proximity to the fruit market. Also, the medina has no cars so it is very quiet, which was something I wasn't expecting. Great 2 week stay and would definitely recommend. (No AI used in my review)

In the heart of Marrakech!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful oasis of peace! All the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive: always smiling, caring, and extremely available for any request or advice. Cleanliness, magical atmosphere, and a super welcoming experience!!! Thanks to everyone and a hug to Aicha! Highly recommended!!

Great stay at the Riad Al Massarah!

I stayed with a group of friends for a week and we really enjoyed our stay! All of the employees could not have been kinder and were extremely helpful. They made it easy to book a transfer from the airport to the hotel prior to our arrival, and when we first arrived welcomed us with afternoon tea. The staff also helped coordinate a day trip to Essaouira, which included a personalized itinerary. Our room was comfortable and kept very clean during the entire stay and it stayed very cool despite the very warm weather we experienced. I loved how quiet the Riad was, and the courtyard areas, rooftop, and plunge pool offered a nice respite each day when we returned from our travels. We also really enjoyed the breakfast served each morning, including allowing us to shift the time of breakfast earlier a few of the days when we had an early excursion planned. One of the best meals I had during my time in Marrakech was the dinner served at the Riad. The location of the Riad was very conveniently situated in the Medina, and it was easy to walk just about everywhere from it. I also appreciated that it was in a more quiet section of the Medina, away from the more toursit-centered areas.

A true oasis of peace in Marrakech

Riad Al Massarah is an absolute gem — a true oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of Marrakech. The riad is beautifully and tastefully designed, with every comfort thoughtfully provided to make the stay perfect. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and incredibly relaxing.
The staff are simply fantastic: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment.
Every detail reflects care and authenticity, making this place not just accommodation, but a memorable experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay in Marrakech.
