Tranquility and relaxation in its pure form! Super recommended

I recommend this Riad to all those who want to feel at home and who want to find tranquility while staying inside the same Medina.
Fantastic staff, always available 24 hours a day, I also needed at night and they helped me immediately.
Magic place ❤️
I will be back!!

Nice Riad, friendly staff just don't book any tours etc through them

We had a nice stay here (for the most part). The staff are friendly, the Riad is nice and close, but not too close, to a main road. That way you can get in and out when needed easily. It is really pretty and decorated well.
We did have a funny issue with booking a walking tour "through the hotel." We messaged and asked to book a walking tour. However, the guide we got was awful. He barely told us anything, walked in front was not friendly and took us to a bunch of places to sell us Argan oil, rugs, etc. Not what we wanted or expected. I suspect he was not a licensed guide as he did not have the neck lanyard required in Marrakech. In the end they didn't put it on the bill and we were asked to pay separately in cash. Not a great experience in an otherwise really nice Riad.
So, stay there just don't book any extras through them.

Excellent location and fantastic staff

I have just returned from a five night stay at this incredible riad. We were three female friends travelling and we were treated like queens the whole time. The Riad is perfectly located in the medina and we walked everywhere to explore Marrakech.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Ahmed who made us some delicious Moroccan tea and explained the local area to us. Ahmed is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever encountered, he simply could not do enough for us. On our first day, we had to leave early for a trip to the Atlas Mountains, he was up and made breakfast for us before we left. He also got up to make us coffee and a small breakfast very early on our last day as we had to leave at 6.30am for the airport. He was always there to help with anything we could possibly need and was a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay.
The riad itself is beautiful, with gorgeous Moroccan decor throughout. Our room was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels. We were also given towels to use on the sun loungers on the terrace. The terrace is gorgeous and has such a tranquil, relaxing vibe.
Breakfast is included and we enjoyed it each day. There was always different kinds of breads, pastries, crepes and fruit served with delicious preserves and cream cheese. They also served home made yoghurt and freshly squeezed orange juice daily.
I would definitely return to this place in a heartbeat.

An unforgettable stay

A real haven of peace, quiet, beautiful and comfortable. Bader, Ahmed and boss Sofia are taking care of the guests. Nicely decorated room. Cleanliness impeccable. Thank you very much for your Welcoming, we are delighted with our stay. Special mention for cooking class and sympathy of Myriam.
