Bad with cockroaches in the room

Bad experience. We ran away after one night. Booked with last-minute.com and unfortunately we were not compensated for nights not used

Staff was very courteous and accomodating. I had peace of mind staying at this place. As it is a Riad and in Medina, this place offered to experience the culture and tradition more closely.
I will stay at this place again.

To flee

A riad "catches tourists" par excellence. Despite a Reservation 6 months in advance, our room for 4 was not available, so we inherited a room, certainly large (to share with small animals crawling...) but dirty, level -1 compared to the road (so without window overlooking the outside), a dilapidated bathroom the size of a toilet, with the smell..., and, icing on the cake, without functional air conditioning (given the dust thickness it was not out of order the day before). In short, at 3am the first night, not being able to sleep, we booked elsewhere despite the payment of the week...the claim is ongoing...
