A place of peace and tranquility just steps from Jemaa el Fna

This beautiful Riad has remained in our hearts, so much so that we have already planned in 2026 another trip with support in this structure. The Riad is not very big but it is clean and welcoming, the strong point is the staff, always ready to help you, h24. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have an authentic experience in Marrakech. The location 10 minutes from Jemaa el Fna Square is the icing on the cake.
We, Sardinian Carnivores on a trip, had a great time and have turned this Riad into our refuge every time we return to Marrakech.

Riad like home

Small but cozy Riad, located 3 min from the square, equipped with a double panoramic terrace. The rooms are small and cozy. Typical and very good breakfast; we felt right at home!
A special thanks to Mehdi and Ali who made themselves available for our every request.

Friendly hotel

The hotel is close to everything.
The staff that served us was very friendly and welcoming.
The place is quiet, clean and a simple but delicious breakfast.

Prima Riad

This is the second time we chose this riad.Plus points are
-the price
-good location
-super friendly staff
-fine simple breakfast
Tip for the owner.Replace the holders of the shower heads.Now the water shoots in a straight jet 2 meters further.Super irritating and unnecessary.

Very nice Riad, very well placed , a few steps from the main square of Marrakech.
Perfect for taking a taxi very easily.
