Great team and place
A beautiful place in the heart of the Medina. Easy access for activities or to go to the souks. The welcome is warm by Youness, Rachida, always a kind word, as well as smiles and exchanges with the whole team. It's like home❤️❤️. The rooms are spacious and clean, thanks to the maid (I didn't remember her name)
Breakfasts and meals are hearty and excellent, thank you Nadia and her colleague in the kitchen.
We stayed 6 days in this riad and nothing to say, except do not change!!
We will return without hesitation, inchallah.

Awful experience
We had an absolutely awful experience at this Riad and would strongly recommend avoiding it.
During the night, we were shocked to see a mouse come out of the lamp next to our bed and enter our room. It crawled under the bed and then ran through the other rooms. We were completely disturbed and could not sleep at all for the rest of the night. At around 3 a.m., we were so uncomfortable and disgusted that we booked another hotel because we knew we wanted to leave the next day.
The following morning, we informed the accommodation about the situation. Instead of understanding how serious and unacceptable this was, they only offered us another room. But after seeing a mouse inside the room, we no longer felt safe or comfortable staying there. If there is one mouse in one room, it is obvious there are likely more in the building, so changing rooms would not solve the problem for us.
What made the situation even worse was that they later claimed we had “no proof” that there had been a mouse in the room. This is unbelievable. The mouse had left droppings next to the bedside lamp, and when we informed the staff, they immediately cleaned everything up. After cleaning it, they then turned around and said there was “no evidence.” That is completely unacceptable and dishonest behavior.
We had originally booked two nights and simply asked for a refund for the second night that we no longer wanted to stay. Unfortunately, they refused because they claimed they had offered us a “better room.” We found this response morally unacceptable and completely lacking in understanding for the situation we experienced.
A place with hygiene issues like this, combined with poor customer service and no willingness to handle the situation fairly, is not somewhere we can recommend. We definitely advise others not to book here.

A fabulous stay
Riad sublime, bright and quiet. Change of scenery guaranteed. The staff is amazing: warm, available and attentive. the meals are delicious. Special thanks to Younes and Rachida who made our stay unforgettable

The Riad was magical!
