A calm and leafy oasis in the heart of the Marrakesh Medina

Stayed here for 3 nights after travelling around morocco and it was perfect. A real oasis in hustle and bustle of the medina, Riad Lyla is tucked away a couple minutes walk from the souk and less than a 10 minute walk from the main square.
The Riad itself is beautiful and very tastefully decorated, with curated art and furniture that is authentic to Marrakesh. We stayed in the Cosy Room, which was beautiful and has its own fireplace and views out into the garden, so you feel like you're up in the trees.
Would love to mention Ayoub who was so welcoming, smiley and helpful, and even ran to the pharmacy for me when I had a bee sting!
Other positives;
- Delicious freshly made local breakfast with option of eggs each morning.
- Lots of patio and terrace areas for sunbthing/ relaxing that didnt feel overlooked
- Beautiful decor with lots of attention to detail

The beautiful place brightened even the discomfort of a cold and rainy December. Very kind and pleasant people work here

Atmospheric, beautiful place, very responsive staff. It feels like coming to visit, it's all homely and exotic. Unfortunately, in winter it was very cold even in the room, but everything else was fine!

We stayed in a junior suite, it seemed to be in a palace of sultano.Ottimi furnishings, ample space many lamps, atmosphere really da sogno.Colazione good, friendly staff, good cleaning.Consigliatissimo

Super cosy Riad with good location.

Really delicious Riad, but a super location in the middle of the city. From the moment we entered through the door we felt welcome and were very well received by Ayoub. A fantastic service minded and helpful host who really helped make our stay a great experience. Delightful clean rooms, delicious breakfast served in one of the two cosy dining rooms, and generally a cosy Riad. The biggest recommendations from here, which is not least due to Ayoub and his way of being.
